Shipped fast but just came in a plain brown bag . The skirt was too short for me so I was disappointed but I got it on sale so I decided it’s probably not returnable. Wish I could have returned it for another size for length or got something else there I could use more .

If you worry AK Rikks has pushy, in-your-face sales reps following you everywhere, fear not! Such a great, easy-going atmosphere and I was able to shop by myself at my pace. Incredible brands you can’t get anywhere else in West Michigan, fabulous fitting rooms and just a great place all-around. So lucky we have this here in GR! Big hats off to Chase and the entire AKR team!

I live in Indiana and never heard of A.K. Rikk’s. I was searching online for a cashmere beanie, and found what I was looking for at a fantastic Price. I had to double check to see if the site was legit, and it was!!! Do I purchased the beanie hat and it arrived very quickly. I am very happy to have discovered them!!!

A.K. RIKK’s has THE best customer service I have yet to experience with a clothing store. I had questions about an item before I had made the online purchase and they were extremely quick to respond. When I placed the order the dress was delivered in less than 24 hours (I live in Chicago) in pristine packaging. I am extremely happy with the entire experience. My only complaint is that I don’t live closer to visit the wonderful people in store!

I’m a pretty young guy who came into the store wearing a hoodie and sweatpants and looked like a complete bum.
Chase treated me like any other client, and cared about my needs and styling taste. He has always gone the extra mile for me scouring for stuff I need, and providing samples of colognes for me to explore. He is always very nice and accommodating when I come to the store.
I feel so bad because I don’t know everyone’s name at the store, but somehow even those that aren’t my stylist or have never helped me before, know my name and warmly greet me anytime I come.
I’m very introverted but you guys have excelled in creating a welcoming environment that makes it easy to shop and not feel judged for my appearance and I consider the store a place to relax and unwind on the weekends.

Competitive price on luxury items. Beautiful dress. It would be nice to have at least an exchange option as dress was too small for me. Packaging could be better for such an expensive and delicate dress-not in a plastic shipping bag/box? Delivery was not great… delayed.

Purchased as Isaia sports jacket and pants over the internet. As it was a final sale item, no refunds were allowed. So I emailed/texted and spoke with Chase, one of their sales consultants who was very helpful in making sure I knew the size of the garmet before I purchased it. He sent me measurements, and even sent me a phot of a co-worker who was the same height, weight and waist size as me wear the sports coat to make sure I knew how it would fit. When the sportscoat arrived, I had no problems with the fit! Thanks A.K. Rikks for the great service in making an internet purchase for a non returnable item, and I will not hesitate to buy from you again in the future.

Very fast and secure delivery! I’ve never seen a shipping box like this for a blazer - it is the perfect size, shape, and design… more companies should take this much care of their products. Of course, the item itself was pristine and I am very happy with my purchase - I’ll be back again (hopefully in-person someday).

Whenever I go to AK Rikks, and walk through those doors, I am treated like family. Everyone says hello and are ready to help. Jordan has been my sales consultant for a few years now and understands my likes and dislikes and knows my sizing to make the best recommendations. I never leave the store with things that I don't want or feel like things are pushed on me to purchase. The store is gorgeous and the whole experience speaks for itself.

An all-around amazing experience! I’m a recent transplant to Michigan and had never heard of A.K. Rikk’s. Luckily for me, I saw someone post about their experience with them and decided to give them a try. I purchased a few things online and also reached out for help with a question I had about a jacket.
