I need information about a pool filter housing. I went to the website and there was a phone number to text. My answer was received in minutes. I was told on Friday that he would get back to me on Monday to tell me if the part was available and on Monday I had an answer. The customer service was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. I would recommend them for all of your pool needs.

The Gasket for the older Sta-rite filter actually worked. I bought two from Amazon and they were junk. The material was too hard and I could not shut the lid.

Thank you for your feedback. You ordered on 4/17/24. We responded to your initial inquiry about your order shipping status several days ago letting you know that the post office is not so good at updating their tracking and that your order was on it's way. Apologies it took 9 days to be delivered but we cannot control our shippers. Due to the small size and weight of your order it went via the post office. Most orders are for a filter which then require shipping FEDEX or UPS. Those orders arrive in 1-4 days typically.
