I needed to clean up a rental property on Lake Hamilton by Hot Springs. The tenant ended up being a hoarder and left their mess behind. Terry was a really nice guy and made the whole process smooth. They even referred me to an excellent house cleaner for the final cleaning before I could get in there and paint / repair. The price was great and they got everything cleaned up in a day. Super pleased with them.
