Really easy booking experience and perfect collection and delivery. They kept me up to date at all times even ringing me to say they were on their way beforehand. Competitive prices and you know exactly where you stand re items to be moved etc. I would definitely use this company again. There were even options to amend bookings if required. Fully insured so I felt my goods were in safe hands. Very friendly and courteous guys who collected my item and respected my property.

Andrei was so polite, helpful and kind. He went over and beyond for me, which I appreciated at such a stressful time. He was the best removal man I’ve ever used. Highly recommended. Seamless process from start to finish with great communication. Booked online at 1am. Collection (same day!) from SE London at 8am. Delivered to Reading by 4pm. 5* - I genuinely could not ask for more. Thank you.

Easy to arrange online.. even had to change the date, which was easy.
Delivery n tracking is amazing n communication throughout with regular text n emails.
The delivery team were so nice n helpful n professional.
Price was very reasonable n gave options of size n number of delivery guys needed.

What an amazing service! Seamless from start to finish. The website was so easy to use and efficient, my driver Naif was a lovely courteous person who really looked after my belongings and property moving the item in, it was great value for money and nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked them to call off and collect a second item on the way back on the day!! Highly recommended, I'll certainly be using them again! 😊👍

Terrible experience. Booked the 8-12 slot and the driver was 4 hours late. I was only contacted at 11:45am. Only compensation was £11 for the booking slot. Given I'd taken the morning off work, that just isn't good enough. Driver didn't know where he was going and in what order as there was a pick up - additional spot - final destination.

Really great service from Robertas and his partner whose name I didn’t catch! They were very helpful with communication and arrived on time, were respectful of blocking the road when loading the car and kept me updated with the arrival time. Communication was great and the large van was on schedule, trackable from 2h before arrival at pickup. Despite that I’d only requested (and paid for one driver) 2 guys loaded the 2 sofas into the van and placed them in position after delivering to my house.
Highly recommended and cheaper than me hiring a van!

Great service, from start to finish. Ordering the service through the website is really simple and reassuring. The price was very reasonable. On the day, the driver phoned me in advance to let me know he would be arriving in the next 30 minutes. He was very friendly and helpful. I was totally satisfied with the service.

The two men lifted the furniture with great care not to damage it or the entryway and stairway. They deftly kicked off their shoes when entering even though they were carrying a heavy wardrobe, which I appreciated as the carpet is new. Great job 👏

Staff were most helpful and polite. However there were long waits to reach them and contact via email and phone during delivery was difficult. Perhaps systems new or old still need to bed in. David.

The move was very stressful. The driver was 2 hours late because he overslept. He refused to take my boxes unless i paid 70 pounds for walking upstairs to a bedroom in a house. They did not log the details of my job properly. I missed my furniture delivery. By the end of the move i was shaking crying and having an anxiety attack. The appointment was for 9am they didnt come until half 12 and didn't leave my property until half 4. They also blocked the gate to my new home unless i paid an additional 55 pounds. Do not use this company. A simple move from one bedroom to a ground floor flat turned into a nightmare

The van managed to find my remote address - in the dark - and the men were cheerful, energetic and careful with the fragile contents of the packages.
The following day they arrived on time to deliver the parcels and showed the same care with the job.
The only reservation I had was that the driver had very English and his companion had none. But his tablet had all the necessary info..

Really flexible process from payment to booking edits right upto 48 hours within the move date. This is supported by supportive movers and online customer team - I loved the WhatsApp support and being helped when I made a late mess up on the inventory edits and got all anxious. They had a nice way of dealing with it and supporting me flexibly through the move team on moving day. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them. Their costing was also cheaper comparatively and a bonus in addition to o payment planning and inventory editing flexibility through their online portal.

Excellent communication the team keeps you on track all the way same for driver gives you plenty time before he gets to you. The driver was Ponctuel and helpful.
The price is affordable. I truly recommend it to anyone want to move and I was lucky to find them on google. Was great experience

Used Anyvan for the second time in a month and plan to use them next week. Kris and his assistant were prompt and friendly. They didn't let a difficult piece of furniture stress them out (it had to go out of a window) and they remained good humoured throughout.

Excellent service, non stop communication, reasonable price, driver turned up on time. Brilliant driver, I think very hard worked, so I hope they take good care of him. Can recommend very highly.
