Stanway Colchester branch were great

Stanway Colchester branch were great. Fixed my girlfriend’s phone quick and efficiently. Will be using them in the future for all my phone repairs. Top service!

My phone holds all the data for my…

My phone holds all the data for my life; when it went wrong it all went wrong. Armafone did not have the part in stock but gave me a work around that got me back up and working with confidence there and then. When they had the part they then came to visit me at home and got it sorted. Thank you Jay, Bradley and Mark

They fixed it with minimum fuss

The staff are both knowledgeable and thoroughly professional added to that they provide polite and sympathetic personal customer service. If you’ve got a problem with your tech media then there’s no better place to visit to find a cost effective remedy. They repaired my iPad at a fraction of the cost of an Apple Store.

Fantastic fast service went into the…

Fantastic fast service went into the Armaphone outside Sainsbury’s Tollgate Colchester to get a price for a broken camera lens on my phone we asked when could they do it she said now and about an hour later all fixed and collected …. Very polite friendly staff too

E-Mail problem quickly fixed

Quickly fixed a problem with E-Mail on my i-phone for no charge. BT and O2 said they couldn't fix it without a charge.
Polite and courteous member of staff.
Highly recommend this company.

So helpful and fantastic service

So helpful and fantastic service . Went in yesterday, as my dad’s phone wasn’t charging . He’s 81 and lives on his own now so must have an active mobile . Neil was polite , helpful and fully explained everything they could offer . Very reassuring and very fast service . Will definitely recommend. 5 stars all the way !

Kelsey was very supportive today

Kelsey was very supportive today, was having trouble hearing volume out of my phone and been having trouble with it for while and she knew exactly what to do got the problem sorted I paid and left and my phone was perfect afterwards left the shop happy because of Kelsey :)

Excellent service and quick turnaround

I was very pleased with the help and advice I received when my phone died on me! Very quick turn around which I was pleased about as I feel lost without my phone which I use all day for work. I was told of charges and the risk of what could happen to my already cracked screen before handing my phone over so I knew what to expect. All issues were sorted as had been explained to me. This is my second visit to the store and both times I have received first class service :-)

Amazing service

Was having issues with my Samsung S20 screen. Took it in to get it looked at..staff were very good at explaining the costs,duration of repair,warranties etc. They loaned me a phone(refundable fee)to use & did a fabulous job fixing the screen. Would definitely recommend.

iPhone wouldn’t ring

On Thursday 26 September I went to the Ipswich store and saw Mark and Neil, as my mums iPhone wasn’t ringing when she received calls, it took a few minutes to work out what it was, but they sorted the issue and my mum can now hear when her phone rings. Excellent service as always thank you

Unbelievably pricey

Looked to obtain a quote through the website, was contacted via WhatsApp private chat. Asked for a quote and was so shocked to recieve a quote close to double what I have been quoted from Samsung directly. Upon questioning this, no price match was offered. No mention of warranty even though Samsung provide a 2 year warranty.

Very very pricey and unsure on if parts are manufacturer approved.

Not prepared to pay nearly £400 fo a new screen for a phone that now worth £650.

Be careful and shop around.

Unfortunately there are some models where occasionally a shortage of available parts throughout the repair industry leads to increased parts prices from the import companies. Unfortunately it looks as though your model is one of these. We endeavour to offer the best pricing and service to our customers but in some cases we are bound by manufacturer shortages.
