As a first timer to shipping a car, I had really no experience with how working with a broker would go. They got a carrier to pickup within the 5 business days and communicated with the dealership and myself promptly and with accurate info. Was a great experience and I would gladly use them again!

BAH IS A SCAM DONT RELY ON THIS COMPANY SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS & NEGLIGENT
I caught my driver contracted thru Best Friends Transport LLC in Georgia driving my rv with a piece of the wall & entire window gone!!! See pic in Google Maps. He said it happened in South Carolina. NO ONE NOTIFIED ME.
I never gave ANY permission for him to drive my rv with an exposed wall. He drove on the highway from SC to GA & a spare tire & just duct taped the rv cap for 4 hours allowing the wall and a window to blow out and potentially killing someone
Now the company isn't helping me to get a new driver. We are stranded on the side of the road and this is the 2nd night !! Im a woman in my 50s alone with this guy for two nights. I can't leave my rv because it could be vandalized. I can't go to a hotel.
They just stop answering their phones instead of helping us.
DONT trust this company. They keep ignoring your concerns and act all nice & sweet on the phone telling you not to worry but they have no backup plan AND REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.
The driver is contracted by another company wanting me to pay for the extra hours. BAH told me not to pay more & to deduct the temporary repairs from the bill and don't pay any more than agreed upon but I've been waiting for an actual supervisor to call for nearly over 24hrs while sleeping at a gas station with no window!
THEN just as we are about to hit the road again driver hadn't told me the spare which was good enough to get him from SC to GA needed to be replaced! I could have gotten that done while they worked on the hole in my wall! He tells me it's not safe enough to put air in and I need to follow him "just in case" Sure enough it blows 2 miles later. I haven't slept in 2 days I'm a single woman in her 50s & have two big dogs with me. .
The driver thinks it's funny when I explained to him he could have killed someone with pieces of a wall & windows falling out.
Why wouldn't a supervisor find me another driver and take care of this!?
Day 5 Nov 2nd Guaranteed delivery was supposed to be made by nov 1. I paid several hundred more for it. Driver held my rig hostage & demanded extra payment! I had to get the cops involved.
Im going to keep this updated so people know exactly how they handle the situation. No one should have to go through this.

BAH Logistics was terrific to work with. Great Price, Communication, Super Fast Delivery and an Awesome Driver. Ruby and Kane kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. My Porsche was picked up in Dallas on Tuesday and was delivery to Scottsdale on Thursday. Frank, the transport driver, brought my car right to my door. Five Stars ***** Highly Recommended.

This was our first time using a shipping company. I'd advise first timers that if you have a limited time window to make sure BAH knows that your dates can't be flexible. Once we made our delivery date issue clear, Anthony went above and beyond to make sure our shipment was picked up and delivered when we needed it to be. We understand the process now and we'll definately use them again in the future.

I got in contact with Anthony through the Shiply app. I inherited furniture from my grandparents and needed to quickly and safely transport it cross country.
Not only did Anthony have a truck setup in a matter of two days, he communicated with both me and the driver every step of the way. I was never left guessing and the driver that ge selected was extra careful not to damage the furniture.
