Some pros and cons
I am definitely enjoying the ap. It gets me up and moving - something I definitely needed. There are, however, numerous flaws in the program. Sometimes, the verbal instructions don’t match the visual presentation. Also, there is no way that someone doing the daily wall Pilates will notice a difference in two weeks, or achieve weight goals in a month. However, the benefits outweigh the flaws and I will continue. After two weeks, I am feeling stronger ( a personal goal) and may be seeing the smallest improvement in my body appearance.
