I am definitely enjoying the ap. It gets me up and moving - something I definitely needed. There are, however, numerous flaws in the program. Sometimes, the verbal instructions don’t match the visual presentation. Also, there is no way that someone doing the daily wall Pilates will notice a difference in two weeks, or achieve weight goals in a month. However, the benefits outweigh the flaws and I will continue. After two weeks, I am feeling stronger ( a personal goal) and may be seeing the smallest improvement in my body appearance.

So far it’s Iam very positive with the chair yoga I really like the exercises. I am looking forward every day to do them.
If one exercise isn’t to much I usually choose another one more exercises.

The introduction period was not clear for me as well as the pricing.
The auto renew is annoying, i suggest you turn it off and ask me if i want to renew that would be better.
The food plan is not necessary to me so i suggest keeping it out of the workout plan and not to force mw to subscribe to it.

Betterme has been life changing for me, the first time I was able to complete something for a month straight, was this workout plan. I haven't missed a day of working out since June 13th and I can see and feel the results. I now have a routine that helps me have more confidence in who I am and in the situations I am placed in. I am more comfortable in my own skin. It's less of a comparison game of "who's stronger" and more of a "oh that's how they worked out their triceps, I can do that!" so thank you for the ease of your platform, for the simplicity of your workouts and the kind assistance when I have menial troubles.

I like the tracking of calories that I am using a day, although not all of us are looking for the same goals because I’m looking for high protein low carb diet. It does keep me informed. I think you do a very good job.

Not as user-friendly when it comes to picking your workout on certain days, it will keep you back on discount if you don’t pick the ones they propose

For some reason they have tried several different times to take money out of my visa account. I don’t know how they got my card details as I don’t know anything about them and have never signed up for anything with them.

Would recommend my G.P and anyone else to the Better Me App. They are about the journey as much as the outcome. Give them a try you would be surprised at the product and the customer service. An app that actually does what it aims to do.

I enjoy this app. I wish the segments were a little longer than 11 minutes but you can piece together a string of workouts. I’m normally an outdoor walker, but this is nice as a backup. Plus you can work on other areas like arms, stomach etc.

It has alot of good workouts and it keeps me motivated to constantly do something new! They have easy ones to follow and do at home which also benefits me, with two kids at home I’m not able to get to the gym. I’ve been doing this a week now and feeling great

BetterMe is an excellent app. It helped me to find my perfect exercises and gives always reminder to do your work out. I wanted to give a try, I didn’t regret. It helped me to loose 10pounds so far. And customer service is great. If you address them with any issues they are on top of it. I always got my replies less than 15 min to an hour max. They care about customers, they don’t just take your money. They will ensure to deliver the best service. And all these from my experience. 5 STARS 🌟 Definitely!

Better me is a good detailed plan that requires a discipline I do not have. I was caught by surprise by an automatic renewal I did not want. Better me successfully settled my request to my entire satisfaction .

Once u found a wall in my small apartment, it was great. I like how you are shown before the count down for exercises start. Was not overwhelming, maki g you want to continue

The instructor demonstrates each exercise slowly and complete enough for you to catch on and imitate in a timely manner. I can see results taking place already.

I changed my mind on the service but they quickly refunded me and said they’d be there if I changed my mind. Nice for a change as customer service has declined in the past years
