Absolute scam

Absolute scam! I ended the trial period and asked for cancelation immediately but the seller still continues to charge me! I'm having my bank now filing a legal report with the police... Avoid at all costs

I haven’t even used your services I…

I haven’t even used your services I joined out of curiosity then cancelled my subscription followed by my account because you charged my card. You’ve now charged me two times and I’m out of pocket $37 for nothing? I can’t do anything more and I shouldn’t have to cancel my card because your company doesn’t have effective billing systems in place. This is unacceptable.

They stole my money and I DO NOT have a…

They stole my money and I DO NOT have a subscription. This is the second time. I’ve now reported them and blocked my account from them and cancelled all my wallets. Unethical behavior and I’m not the only one reporting this.

Fix your app and billing system as this is against everything your app is trying to promote. Mental health. You cause the mental health issues by doing things like this.

Absolute fraud

Absolute fraud. Stealing money off of the vulnerabilities of people. Absolutely disgusted. The stole money out of my personal account. After being asked to pay £1.00 to access the results of the trauma quiz. I did not consent to this. Do what you can to stop this company. Do not take the quiz and fall for the trick.

Offers test but holds them hostage until you pay

Offers tests and insights, makes you take long quizzes and answer many questions, won’t give results u til you give them your email (typical, expected that one) AND pay for a monthly subscription (despicable. I hate tactics like that).

Beware!!! SCAM!!!!

I recently noticed an unexpected charge of £24.99 on my bank account, despite never having subscribed to or created an account with this service. The charge does not appear on my Apple subscriptions list, and I have never received any communication or confirmation regarding this charge.

I looked up their website and they even state a false email support email address! Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs!

i was looking for any emotional support…

i was looking for any emotional support in hard times and found this app in the appstore.
it is super cute and warm, you can pass different tests to recognise your feelings or emotional status.
you can use the feeling journal to track your mood, or play a relaxing games when youre exhausted or feeling anxiety.
its like little calming and supportive island in your pocket.
the price is expensive for me, so i will use it only till the end of my subscription.
if you feel like you need support - just give it a try, maybe you'd like it like i did

Disgusting tactic.

They first let you answer questions about trauma and when you're overwhelmed with emotion you get to the pay page. That's a disgusting tactic but I see on the review that the world isn't accepting it. Good.

The mindfulness exercises seemed skeptical at first, but the app's approach makes them practical and accessible. Started with just 2-minute sessions and gradually built up. The calming games are perfect for quick stress relief during busy workdays.

This app is a total SCAM

This app is a total SCAM. Check out all the one star reviews and don't give them your card number. AND even though they add nice messages to all the bad reviews they WILL NOT REFUND! BE WARNED. This app shouldn't be allowed to remain on in the Playstore but Google don't care, Paypal don't care. They're all happy to take their cut and allow this ripoff company to continue to steal from people.

This shouldn’t be able to exist. It’s entirely a scam. They do nothing useful for anyone. They should know a lot about narcissists because this is the most narcissistic app ever forcing you to pay after you spend 20 minutes taking a personality test before you are able to get a simple result? It’s not worth $26 to know if someone you are with has a victim mentality disorder. Now he feels like more than a victim than ever!!! Thanks breeze wellbeing! Karma is coming!!!!

SAMMERS!

On September 28, 2024 I took a test with Breeze Wellbeing for a dollar then cancelled my subscription using my Apple Pay. A week or so later they tried to charge me $29.99, but fortunately for me I only had $26 on my Apple Card. I checked my Apple subscriptions, emails, everything, but nothing is there from Breeze Wellbeing.

I emailed the company, but they were not help. They told me they couldn’t find me in their system. Every time I try to log in I get an error message saying that either my account does not exist or that it is inactive. So why do they keep trying to take money out of my account? Every time they try to charge me the amount gets lower which lets me know that this is a scam. I read somewhere that this Breeze is Russian based. Go figure. I’ve also read that some people canceled their credit/debit cards & are still ending up getting charged from their news cards which is mind boggling!

Apple Pay support can’t block them for some reason, so I guess I just won’t use Apple Pay at all which sucks, but at least I didn’t use one of my personal credit cards or my debit card from my local credit union. Lesson learned. Always use a disposable debit card from the store if you want to try an “online service” that you have no knowledge about.

Regarding the charges, if the full subscription renewal charge is declined, our system may attempt to process smaller amounts. However, if all payment attempts fail, the subscription is automatically canceled. Rest assured, we are not a Russian-based company, and your security is a top priority.

Total SCAM, been scamming for a long time

Like everyone else I was interested in app and signed for free trial, was instantly charged, angry so cancelled sub immediately and then was charged again a week later. Complaint to Google store, was told no evidence of wrongful charging despite having clear evidence. This was nearly a year ago so I'm disturbed to see here it is a widespread and ongoing practice.

Scam. Do not sign up, will take money after cancellation

Info not at all credible! Terrible app.

Cancelled within limited trial period on apple subscription and then was charged a full month subscription! Make sure to cancel both on their app and in apple subscription. It only advises Apple but then scams you. Disgusting

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. They will continue to charge your card no matter how many times you email them or cancel. I fell for the donate $1 for the online assessment test, never received results and I unsubscribed twice, they will wait a month or two before charging you again to make it seem like your subscription has ended then boom you’ll be charge $49.95 or something around that number…I don’t use the app, I deleted the app and I canceled on both Apple Pay, on the website and still being charged. Oh yea, I also emailed twice with no human response. Just an automated message on how to cancel. I finally contacted my bank to dispute and get a new card. The only way out is to get a new card unfortunately.
