Great brand

Just purchased my third Canyon Cooler (second one online). All around great experience. The on-line shopping and order processes were easy and straightforward. The price was great (took advantage of 20% off sale) and the product shipped within hours. Finally, was surprised to receive a thank-you note for my second on-line purchase.

Psyched about the new 85 Pro!

The new 85 Pro I just purchased is actually a gift for my son to fit his RMR Storm raft. I did so after receiving a 55 from my adult children, also as a gift. Loved that so much, I purchased a Nomad to use for snacks/fruit, etc while rafting or in the truck while off hunting.
The website was easy to navigate and the discount was too great to pass up. The new size and design are spot on! I’m actually jealous, I want one too!

It was very good

It was very good. I accidentally ordered the wrong size cooler. It was a holiday weekend and I contacted the company via their AI chat and explained the situation. I also sent them an email. Within a few hours their CEO sent me an email saying that they had corrected the order. That’s great service.

Clean Ice Bag

I have a 125Q Canyon cooler it has been great with no issues. just added 4 of the clean ice bags to the quiver. I have been looking for something like this for a few years. I'm excided to try it out but it will need an additional review after next summer's White Water rafting adventures.

First, I am already a family member, this is my third ice chest. I keep coming back because of the quality of the product. About my only complaint is that I wish I had won one of the give aways.

Website, specifications of product, options, Canyon has it all, why buy somewhere else when you can get American made at a cheaper price and better built product.

I bought two coolers and they are both…

I bought two coolers and they are both incredible. Customer service went above and beyond with my getting my products correct and delivered. I bought the side table for my cooler but I put random one in my cart the one for the 65 quart cooler assuming they were all the same. Someone called me and checked if I this was the product I wanted and it was very helpful because I otherwise would have been stuck with the wrong side table. Their customer service went above and beyond and I’m really glad I went with the canyon coolers.

Cool Cup

Company makes great products. I bought a tumbler for Indigenous People's Day and I loved that part of the proceeds from my purchase went to the artist that designed my cup.

My new 85 Pro is perfect for my narrower cataraft. I'm So happy to have a high quality cooler that will hang on the bars now! Also, the Azure blue is a beautiful color!

Fantastic cooler!

Finally decided to jump into the high-end rotomolded coolers and did a lot of research. A name popped up that I hadn't heard of before and after doing some reading and research, decided to buy the 75 qt Canyon for an upcoming elk hunt. This cooler performed unbelievably well and less than ideal hunting conditions (75-80 degrees for multiple days). After cooling the inside off, I packed the cooler for the 5 day trip with my food, one bag of block ice and a bag of chip. After the 5 days, I still had plenty of ice in both. Highly recommend.

Great deal and free shipping, too!

Within an hour or so of ordering a basket for my 125 qt cooler I decided to get a second basket to save on shipping. Wow, already shipped the initial order! Lightning fast. Soon, I received an email telling me that Canyon was sorry that they couldn't accommodate my request, but offered me free shipping on the second basket order. Not that was beyond accommodating. Thanks Canyon

Why 5 stars you ask?

Why 5 stars you ask? Because there wasn't 10 available. I first learned of your product at a Supplier Show at HomeCo in Flagstaff AZ. I was impressed when learning about Canyon Coolers and how it beat brand-Y in Off Road Magazine. It was probably about 5 years later (2024) that I was in need of a new Ice Chest. We were looking for an Ice Chest in the 70cu range but opted to go with a Canyon 35 and a 45 to make it easier to maneuver and manage the contents. That in itself turned out to be a great decision. We love the product, and it stands up to every bit of every sales pitch on their coolers. Just today, we received their Clean Ice Bag in the mail and are looking forward to adding it to our Canyon arsenal. If you are on are the fence not sure if Canyon is the way to go for you...DO IT! You won't regret it.

A well made cooler

A well made cooler. I like that it had straight sides and doesn't waste any space. Way more "bang for the buck" than the "Y" versions!

Consistently Awesome Service/Products

My father-in-law came to visit from a couple states away, saw my native blanket tumbler, and wanted one. I ordered it yesterday and it’s scheduled to be delivered to his house before he even gets back home a couple days from now. Awesome products and service…just as fast as the other times I’ve ordered!

I usually give 5 stars however this transaction was a little frustrating in that it was below the $50 free shipping but should be free in that I have been waiting for this since I bought both the 75 V2 cooler and divider but these were not available at the time. I thought the shipping would be waived at checkout, but it wasn't. Not the end of the world but a small discrepancy that was frustrating.

9 Days, 84 River Miles, 50lbs of ice left

I've had Yeti's, and Lifetime's, but nothing compares to Canyon. We had a 7 day river trip down Desolation Canyon in 107 degree heat, + 2 travel days on the front and back end. We were pretty diligent with ice management but on day 5 started chipping ice for cold drinks. I left the drain plug out on the 4.5hr drive home. Opened the cooler and we still had 50lbs of block ice in the bottom after 9 days. The Outfitter 125 is a beast, look no further than Canyon.

Canyon Cooler on the Hudson River

Purchases a Prospect cooler an took it on several day trips and a rafting overnight. Ease of access on the raft is a game changer. The rail mounts keeps it stable and make an excellent seat for guest. Everything stayed cold and ice consumption was minimal. This cooler will be a great asset to our commercial rafting business.

Never ruin a good story with the truth.

4s seems appropriate. Found 1 of 2 replacement parts I need for an old 55. New latches were in stock, fair priced, and should be easy to install.

I was also hoping to find a replacement lid seal: possibly made with material upgraded from the original adhering foam strip. This would’ve been a perfect situation for requesting customer assistance. Is it too late to ask for advice on what might better? If not, I can probably find something similar/same at the hardware store.
