I recently had ordered a 180mm gyuto…
I recently had ordered a 180mm gyuto and some other items off of this website, and when I received my order I was crushed. Upon opening the packaging for the knife was sticky, extremely rigid along the base of the heel of the knife, where your hands are supposed to go…digging into my hand more and more as I use it, and the worst part is that the knife didn’t even come sharp out of the box. And I dare say unusable! With the amount of money I paid, I would have liked the knife to be at least sharp and comfortable to use!

it's been almost three weeks since i placed my order. still the order hasn't shipped, but more importantly i have received no updates regarding the delay... no indication at all that i can still trust that my order will be processed.

I might give it higher but I’m still not sure, I am yet to receive any confirmation or shipping info from this knife, I ordered one from another company same time and the knife already arrived, but the one from this company I have not gotten any info from you guys about my knife, I was not sure if my order was even processed, the only thing I got of proof is the money withdrawn from my acct

I've made purchases before from here. I paid for a knife that was on backorder for a very long time. Custumer service allowed me to upgrade to a more expensive Takeda for the same price. Excellent customer service! I told them that I will continue to buy from them starting all of my knife searches here. The Takeda is a Masterpiece! Looking forward to the arrival of my SG2 Kazan Arare Nakiri. You will not be disappointed with Chubo!
