I purchased a €200 boost. I was initially told there would only be a short wait, but two hours later, I was informed that the service I had purchased was no longer available. No immediate refund was offered.

I then purchased Mythic+ runs, but after more than three hours and three different groups, I was still waiting to complete my first run. Customer service was completely unhelpful and simply kept avoiding the issue instead of offering a solution.

I absolutely do not recommend this service.

Communication was good. However, my UI wasn't put back to its original state once completed.

Stay Far Away – Misleading Service and Terrible Support

They promise fast service and encourage you to pay immediately, making it seem like your order will be completed quickly. However, once they receive your payment, everything changes.

After I paid, they suddenly claimed they didn't have any boosters available, even though they had already accepted my order. Their customer service was extremely poor and offered no real help or clear communication.

To make matters worse, they said refunds could take up to 30 days. Instead of waiting, I opened a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center and got my money back much faster.

Based on my experience, this company makes promises they can't keep and provides terrible customer support. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.
