Slow enough delivery but worth the wait! Loved it! Very therapeutic and comes with everything you need

The entire process of painting was incredibly soothing. I've tried other hobbies to help me relax, but nothing has worked quite like this paint-by-numbers kit. The methodical process of filling in each section, seeing the image slowly come to life, was so calming. The quality of the materials definitely helped, as the paints were easy to work with and the canvas was sturdy. I'm already thinking about which kit to try next, as this has become my new go-to for unwinding after a long day.

This is a SCAM. Product never arrives, claimed delivered but not, customer service Rose Mary then says reordered, never arrives, False tracking data provided. Worst experience. Scammed by people who do not tell truth and keep money with no product sent. Even asked for refund several times to no avail. Feel very aggrieved, should have read the reviews first - can only assume the rare good ones are either plants or co does ship to odd few to get a good review, but nos don’t lie. Don’t Do It - £70 wasted on an present that never arrived.

Great products for having me time. I ordered 3 or 4 times for different products. It takes time to receive it but I had everything that I ordered. I paint and give as present to all of my friends. Crafty by numbers is my great hobby!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. The shipping was quicker than I expected, and when the package arrived. I was immediately impressed by the care that went into packaging everything securely. The paints were high-quality, with vibrant colors that made the finished painting look stunning. But more than that, the process of painting was incredibly relaxing. I found myself losing track of time as I worked through the sections, and by the end, I felt a real sense of accomplishment. This kit was exactly what I needed to unwind after a stressful week, and i'll definitely be ordering another one soon.

I live pretty far out in the country, so I wasn't expecting the kit to arrive quickly. Surprisingly, it got here faster than I thought! Even with the remote location, the shipping was smooth, and the package arrived in perfect condition. The whole experience. I was initially concerned about whether the canvas would be creased or the paints would be dried out due to the long journey, but everything was in perfect condition. Crafty by Numbers clearly knows how to handle their shipments well,even to more remote ares like mine. This attention to detail really made the experience stress-free, and I'm already planning to order another kit!

It's a scam. Got my tracking number and it's going to some random place and it's been days and no one this "company" gets back with you.

Terrible color for lines. Pink? Blue is better to see. Terrible, disappointing paint. I tried, but the paint is clumpy and dries practically on contact. I tried thinning with an extender, and no. difference. Terrible paint quality. Absolutely no flow.

I've worked with paint for years. I thought this would be fun and make a great gift. So disappointing.

I've wasted $100 on 2 paintings. One will go in the garbage and the. other to some unlikely buyer at a charity store.

Genuinely delighted

I read the reviews after ordering and was expecting the worst but the 4 I've received are really great quality.
The lines and numbers are really clear, the fabric is durable, the brushes (both standard and the free pack you get when you order a certain number) are great and the paintings are quite large too.
Each pack of paints came in a zip lock bag with a small pic of the painting, so you don't mix them up. Each also comes with some sticky numbers to stick over the generic paint codes and the lighter colours, which I always feel are not thick enough to cover the numbers, are really great quality.They took about 3 weeks to arrive, so keep that in mind. I will 100% buy more.

NB, the free easel is not good quality and fell apart as I took it out of the packet. It's also nowhere near big enough to hold the painting, so I'm not really sure what it's use is. But hey, it was free.

Avoid at all costs!

Our second child was due and I thought it would be a nice relaxing gift to enjoy into her final semester. It was also almost Xmas 2023. I paid the extra priority postage. To date have not received painting..! Paid over £100 to receive nothing! I have contacted their service team “Rosie” advised would not refund but would ship. Still waiting… tried to make contact on several channels I honestly think this is more scam than business..

After a stressful day, nothing beats sitting down with a paint by number kit. it's therapeutic and the end result is so rewarding. I've finished three kits so far, and each one looks stunning. The support team is also very responsive and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Gave this as a gift to my sister, and she's been raving about it ever since! She loved how easy it was to follow and how beautiful the end result was. Definitely a great gift idea for anyone who enjoys creative activities.

I bought a paint by numbers. The tracking is so outdated. It does not give any city name it passes through. It says the company is in Delaware. So why does it show customs in tracking? Delivery was attempted 3 days in a row? Who is Apx mail? It took 3 days for a email reply in which they told me to contact the shipper.They are a horrible company.

Same issue as many others. Paid 35 euros for expedited shipping, and the company is refusing to refund the extra fee after the package is set to arrive weeks late.

I love working with them.
They are reliable in every aspect of the process.
- projects are delivered promptly. And we are informed at every step of the delivery.
- Wether you choose an image you download or from their catalogue, the cadeva with the different areas is spot on. All is reproduced to perfect scale and paint scheme reflects well the reference picture or project from their catalogue.
-The customer service is extremely efficient, human and personnalised.

Do yourself a favour and just don't buy from this company. When you email them about the quality of the paint they will do their best to say it’s your problem, you need to purchase a paint mixer (for a paint by numbrs kit!?) then stop responding. These are available for half their prices on websites like Amazon. Avoid these jokers!

I tried to order a photo for my wife and I to paint together. During checkout there were oddly placed buttons for adding other things to your cart that I accidentally pressed and after checking out it turned out I accidentally bought two random paintings. I contacted customer support immediately asking for them to cancel the order. They wrote back to me a day later and one hour after I got a shipping confirmation email saying there were no refunds for things that have already shipped. I went back through and was careful to select exactly what I wanted, paint by number of one of our wedding photos. It just arrived in time for my wife's birthday and it's not the paint by number effect and they forgot the paint. This company can do better by closing.

Paint by numbers has become my new favorite hobby. The instructions are clear, and the quality of the materials is top-notch. I love how relaxing it is to sit down and paint my own masterpiece. I've already completed four and can't wait to start the next one. Great job, guys!
