Great support and customer experience
Abrey contacted me when they noticed i was shopping on the site and offered assistance with placing the order as well as a discount. The discount incentivized me to place the order immediately. When I went to check out, the discount had been applied making things extremely easy. So the whole process was quick and seamless and we are extremely grateful for the discount. I first connected with Crestline through their chat service, and I have to say it's the best way to get answers quickly. I submitted what I thought was a nearly impossible request after several other promotional product suppliers had been unable to help.
I needed 200 custom 65W wall chargers delivered in less than a week for an upcoming event. To my surprise, Crestline, and specifically Keith Danforth, made it happen!

Poor quality packaging and poor quality workmanship
I receive a box of ink pens that had burst and half the pens had spilled out. There was no inner packaging to secure the contents of the box.
Also my order of leather key chains had the logo so small that I need a magnifying glass to see it. I really exect better form Crestline
