Estate agents get a bad review but I can only say that David Cosby Estate Agent took the stress of selling so much easier for us and not just the sale of our property but helped through the paperwork.
They were professional from start to finish and never pushy like some estate agents. I would highly recommend David Cosby. Thank you Gareth and the team for selling our property.

It's difficult to know where to start as everyone I dealt with were brilliant, particularly Natasha who went over and above to help both me and my buyer get everything done. They even charged only 1% against all other agents I contacted, who charged more. I would highly recommend David Cosby Estate Agents. You will not be disappointed.

Brilliant!! Really friendly team and they go the extra mile for advertising your property.
The pictures taken on my property were great! Really took their time to ensure every picture was great. Along with the 3D walk round and the description of the property was unique and not generic. The people are knowledgeable, friendly and professional and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service provided. I have recently brought my first home through David Cosby Estate Agents and I cannot recommend them enough.
It was quite a difficult process with a difficult seller but I cannot express how much Natasha helped me through it all. She was patient and was happy to talk me through the lingo, ensuring I understood every step and didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked the simplest of questions. She liaised with all parties, chasing when things needed to be completed and kept us all in the loop, which helped keep the stress at bay.
