Let me start by saying De Novo Agency is the ONLY company I trust when it comes to playlist pitching. I’ve tried a few other companies (trying to take the cheap route) and got exactly what I paid for (cheap service). I recently paid for playlist pitching from De Novo, after a few days I noticed my song had not been placed on any playlist. I reached out to De Novo (via instagram) with a quick message describing my problem. No less than 30mins later I had an answer as to what was going on and a solution as to how it was being handled. Quick & easy! Great service with top tier customer service, it’s the 5 stars for me!
Denovo has helped me gain a lot of traction on Spotify. They make the playlist pitching process so much more convenient for artists, by breaking down what they will actually do for you.
The placements they have landed for me have triggered the Spotify algorithm, & have placed me on algorithmic playlists. I’m so happy with the results & the extra boost their services provide.
Many companies offer Playlist Placing and flood your accounts with fake streams from bots. De Novo gives you real streams, real followers that help you find/grow a fanbase so you can in-turn scale and grow with the information.

Great service, did such a wonderful job on my campaign. The first step is making a great music, once you learn and master that; they will handle the rest. This is one of my go to companies and it’s very affordable if you don’t have a major budget. Very helpful and resourceful, this is great for upcoming artists looking to build bigger and grow their fans and career. They also offer consultations for mentorship for those who need advice on where to start and what’s best to do when releasing your music. This company is the real deal!

As a musician De Novo has become a must for me to help gain traction and exposure. I've used their Spotify campaign to help with Playlisting and it's helped tremendously!! They are 2nd to none!

The De Novo Agency is a breath of fresh air especially in an industry where there's a scam artist around every corner offering you the world for a small fee. The guys at the De Novo Agency don’t offer you the world they offer you insight, a kickstart and a path to start on that you can continue travel even if you decide to no longer use their services. They’re very knowledgeable and seem more than happy to share that knowledge with you, they’re constantly on social media handing out free game (that’s advice for those that don’t know lol) and even answering DM’s of artists that don’t use their services. They seem to really care about the industry and follow its ever changing practices.

I hired them for a 3 month Spotify campaign. After 2 weeks I had seen very low results (small playlists and around 50 streams per day). I did not get a straight answer from them on the lack of results so I asked for a refund for the remaining 2 months. They denied it and offered only to refund 1 month. Even though only 2 weeks had gone by. They even threatened me for demanding they refund the 2 months the service would not continue. I have worked with several Spotify promotion playlists and this is by far the most expensive one and the one with the least resulted I’ve worked with. I do not recommend them at all.

I’m sorry for this misunderstanding. We tried to explain how this all worked in a dozen emails or so
You didn’t buy any three month campaigns, we do not offer a three month campaign option.
You bought two two month campaigns, and two separate one month campaigns at a discount for the bundled order.
When we pitch a song to the curators we work with, we pay them for a full campaign at the beginning.
A two month campaign is bigger than a one month campaign, we pitch to more playlists, we pay them for more time in the playlists up FRONT.
When you first reached out to us, you didn’t mention that you wanted to be removed from the 2 two month campaigns that were active, you asked for a refund on the unused campaigns.
A refund for the unused one month campaigns is what we gave you right away.
After the refund was issued you were still unhappy. We tried to explain that your two two month campaigns will still receive their full time in playlists.
Our campaign did EXACTLY what we said it would do. We do not give ANY streaming estimations because we cannot control the audience and MAKE them listen to your song. We put each song in front of more than the guaranteed audience size.
This idea that we threatened you out of nowhere is absurd. Only after numerous threats from YOU saying if we didn’t give you more money for a refund that you were going to leave negative reviews - we simply pointed out that this is literal extortion and that out attorney would get involved if needed.
We did not threaten you, we gave you a quick and fair refund, your songs are still in the campaigns that you paid for.
We absolutely do not deserve this review.
If you are an artist, do not work with shady manager/promoters like Pablo
What made my experience great was that they did what they say they're going to do. they put me on playlists that get results. I was a little skeptical at first but I get great numbers ( streams, listeners and fallowers) on thier playlists. I say this as (as far as I know) the only Death Metal band on their roaster. DNA is worth the money ....
