Difmark is delaying a legit refund from a Steam Key that does not activate in my country
I've purchased a Steam Key for "Nobody Wants to Die" from a seller called CodesMarket that does not activate in my country (although advertised as global by the seller). I reached the seller immediately after trying to activate it in Steam and received the error message. After 3-5 hours the seller replied informing that I should open a ticket and provide some relevant screenshots (what I did immediately). The support team replied after 13 hours (or more) asking for more screenshots and closed the ticket. I had to repopen it and attach the requested screenshots. The I had to open a claim over the order. The seller (CodesMarket) did'nt reply. The claim has been scalated into a case (97058). After more 12 hours I got a response from the support team again asking for the same screenshots (and again closed the ticket). In summary, I purchased the key at 16th of September and so far (20th) I couldn't get a refund from my order. I can't even confirm key is from the product I acquired, because it does not activate in Steam. Difmark has lost my trust.

Scam webpage which sells hacked or cracked accounts, I purchased a game and login data for changed after a couple of days because the account was either hacked or cracked and the original owner changed the login data, when k reported it to support to request a refund they denied it and closed the ticket, so don’t buy here at all.

I don't write reviews more often to not be repetitive. I've got 10+ purchases on difmark and have never had any trouble with any of the sellers I've bought from (codesmarket, avalongaming, spotvaultdigital, easykey, binstore). Delivery times have varied between instant and a little over five minutes. Always very cheap prices
