This was my first time ever ordering something like this and DIY Awards made the process easy, fast and totally exceeded my expectations! First, let’s talk about their promise of turn-around time for your first draft. I received an email with not one, but two options for final design very soon after I placed my order. Secondly, their designers are so good that they gave me a beautiful option for layout that was way better than what I designed (at no extra cost, BTW). And lastly, the item came EARLIER than expected (from CHINA! I’ve never seen delivery so fast from a place so far away) in beautiful packaging, ready to be presented to the recipient. This company is top-notch wonderful. And I would give 10 stars if I could! I highly, highly recommend them for your award needs!

From the start to finish everything was amazing. The customer service was outstanding with quick responses and sending the drawings out very quickly. When I requested a change they were quick to make that change and send the revised drawing. The product was shipped very quickly and got it sooner than expected and the quality is amazing.
