Full streaming from multiple angles & Vehicals

We use Eyeride for two completely different companies for over 3 years

There is NOTHING ELSE like this.

Full streaming from multiple angles on multiple vehicles at the same time for the same price as the other guys with only event notifications. This is simply amazing.

We had them install the units on one of our vehicles and they trained us to install them on the rest. Was such a joy. Any issues were just a phone call or an email away.

Has saved us a bundle in accidents and customer satisfaction

Greatest customer service and technical support. Eyeride.io is the only system I recommend to all my colleagues. The internet is amazing, I run my Fire TV and play YouTube videos while my customers are using the wifi. There are times when I hit a dead spot and have to wait to reconnect but that's about it. # Best Ever.

I run a power tools supply company in Baton Rouge and, for the past six months or so, we’ve been using the Eyeride system across our whole fleet of trucks. It’s much more than a mere GPS system. Equipment went in easy, and Eyeride’s staff were happy to show our tech boys how to operate the software, allowing us to see where our trucks are and what they’re doing. Everything’s running much smoother and more efficiently since we started using it. Being able to track our fleet in real-time saves us a lot of manpower in having drivers radio in at each stop, and so on.

Hands down best system on the market

Probably the best service you can find out there for motorcoach.
They have multiple solutions that are all integrated with each other in one place which makes it so much more convenient than different solutions from different companies. Unlimited WiFi is great, E-Log, fleet maintenance, GPS tracking, camera system with real time viewing and cloud recording for easy access. We've worked with a lot of different services over the years, I can say hands down that non of them took it as seriously as they did and are focused on one stop shop for all the solutions you might need.
Can't recommend enough, best decision you can make for your fleet.

Due to the geography of our location the equipment struggled to make a solid connection. The IT Staff and Customer Support Teams have been phenomenal to help and work with. They go over and above to assist in every way.

We installed an Eyeride system into our taxis because we needed something to give us the edge. With the GPS software, we can keep our customers updated via text message as to where their taxi is, and with the in-vehicle CCTV cameras, and dashboard cams, our customers and our drivers safety is assured.

I did not know where to begin after deciding to set up a transport business. EyeRide came to my life and provided me with all I needed to set up my fleet company. They have been with me and there is no sign of parting ways ever. Everytime a new fleet management solution is available, they will update me and do a presentation. Oh and thank you for the special charges to your loyal customer. Thank you for coming through like champs even when I seem to be a little bit hard on you.

"Garbage"

If I were to use one word for this company, it would be "garbage". It's not the customer service, there nice people and try to help, I just don't think they know what their doing nor do they know how to fix the bugs in their system. The company I work for has been using them for the past year, and through out that year we've probably had the system up and running for about a quarter of a year. There are so many bugs and crashes in their system that it doesn't ever work. Most of the time when theres a problem they want us to figure it out for them so they can work on it for the future. I wouldn't recommend this company nor their system, honestly I would much rather do DOT driver log books, then to deal with the drama of having to use this whack system.

O MY God. BEWARE. Scammer Company

O MY God. Beware of these scammers. We paid over 6K for cameras for 2 buses with the claim of providing services when needed for video footage. We had to pay over 1K just to install the cameras and when we were of need of footage or troubleshooting, we were told we need to hookup to the cameras directly and download the footage. We were told it will take them long time to provide a 5 minute footage. Basically, we got no help from them in any way. Just spending over $200 a month for nothing.

After over 2 years of service, we decided to cancel the service. After we cancelled, we started being harrassed by this company and lawyers and collection agencies claiming we owe them for another year since their contract states they do auto renewal. Here we are with a company that claims we owe them over $1,500 for the upcoming year. Nowhere and not at anytime were we aware of any automatic yearly renewal. Beware of what's in their contract.

Until today. we are struggling with this company and how much damage they caused us with their fraudulent and ripoff claim. Just BEWARE. Nowadays, you can buy camera yourself and install in the vehicles. you will save yourself lots of money and scams and unnecessary fees, not to mention the lack of customer service when you need it.

Still raw technology

The unboxing of EyeRide by EyeLights was exciting.
Then I found that Eyeride can be mounted only on the right side of the helmet. That's bad because on the right side of the road there are most of signs and possible dangers for the rider.

Then 2 weeks of trying to set Waze as default navigation app. My request to customer service was useless, I got just copy-paste from Eyelights web site. Searching in the Internet have some hints but still useless. Finally. I found how to set it - tricky workaround. However this might be done easily with Captain rider app.

Next, change volume of voice is possible with voice commands only. That's awkward. The main unit must have volume ring or buttons.

The control of brightness is also done via app. It's not comfortable to open the app few times a day for different weather conditions.

Captain rider app can set the Eyeride parameters only when paired. Why? If all the data is in the cloud, let user to set what he wants. Later, when device paired, load the configuration into the main unit.

And finally, killing problem: when Eyeride paired with the phone, the data service works rarely and slowly. I must say "OK google" about 15-20 times until something happens. During the ride it's impossible to call google or even answer incoming call.

The optic module is really good. Smooth picture, great brightness. The optic engineering is really awesome.

However, low usability discovers poor product management team. Fully charged Main unit is heating and discharges in 1.5 hours at the lowest brightness setting shows the poor electronic design. The Captain rider app shows poor software development cycle.

I'm very unhappy with my Eyeride, long anticipated, and very disappointing experience.
If anyone needs it as decoration or for part, drop me a message, I'll send you mine. It's useless.

We recently installed DVR recorders

We recently installed DVR recorders, GPS systems, and dual-facing cameras from Eyeride into all of our limousines with a view to improving the driving experience for our clients, by having our fleet of vehicles more closely monitored, and therefore more efficient. The equipment is excellent and does everything we were expecting of it, but we really want to thank the company themselves.
