Just being in touch with Alex and the other Tech guy is reassuring to me because I did purchase the 1 Year of Advance Technical Service that comes with ToDo Home (Lifetime). I still haven't gotten a real clear way to contact Tech Support so I would appreciate that. I have a bunch of older EaseUS programs with Lifetime Updates so I am now trying to get those installed.

I had a computer crash and my Ashampoo S/W was trashed. The S/W was only purchased a few days before the crash. I contacted Ashampoo AM and had a reply and resolution within hours the same day. I wish all traders treated their customers the same way. The service I received was brilliant and helpful as were the staff. 5* rating from me.

I have purchased lifetime upgrades for PM and ToDo backup, but sometimes the offerings can be confusing. I received a license for 2 PCs for PM, but only 1 PC for Todo? I missed that difference when I went lifetime.
Alex helped me with an offer for another Lifetime ToDo Backup, and I feel much better knowing my wife's desktop is now covered for good, instead of the free version. Thank You

I had huge issues with the software converting my video files to another format for some odd reason. The support always responded and tried their best to help. No many companies do that. For their efforts they deserve an A+.

reliable 24/7 customer support and reliable software

24/7 customer support, and I know because I contacted them about the PCTrans file+applications transfer program that they offer about some questions both during daytime and nighttime. Unfortunately the software doesn't yet notify the user that they need a special USB-C cable. Luckily I didn't ruin my laptop, but a notification would have been nice. It's good software. But without a special Windows transfer cable it takes me 20h to transfer my old programs via local network. The advantage is that program settings are transferred (you don't have to login again, every setting that you ever changed is the same). Also, there might a future feature with Bluetooth transfer (if you have the latest or recent Bluetooth standard this will probably be faster for you then local network). So it is extremely convenient except for the time it takes to transfer files/apps/settings. But it's Windows 11 we're talking about, not Ubuntu. So not their fault really. I activated PCTrans so it could transfer all night, but for some reason my laptop had canceled. I don't know if PCTrans has a sleep/hibernation wake-up event to prevent the pc from going to sleep? I had set both laptops to battery/power option Max performance with 99999 minutes of sleep timeout in power options in the control panel, so I don't know what happened. I had some questions to support (it's a button away in the right corner of the program and opens a chat in your browser). Alex helped me quickly within 2 minutes and was kind. EaseUS is a reliable company in my experience and I also use some of their other products like ToDo Backup (quite excellent) and PDF Reader/Editor Pro (average except OCR). EaseUS PCTrans is quite good. Also canceling the transfer will not damage or corrupt the files on your older computer, which speaks volumes about the software reliability.
