I was given a code online...

I was given a code online for a guaranteed price on my device to use at the machine. After resetting my iPhone, I was unable to access the code to get that locked in price and ended up losing $75 or so. Really not right. I feel I should be compensated at the rate I was promised. Other than that, machine is straight forward. Difficult resetting and turning off certain settings on the device though, etc.

Guidance and creativity!

I really like the character guiding me through the process. All the information is very informative about cell phones in the world. Got a satisfactory offer for my Samsung Galaxy S22. Only negative thing is I couldn’t sell a tablet since many machines won’t take them. Any way much appreciated sale. I know the phone will go to a good home!

Process was pretty quick so that part…

Process was pretty quick so that part was good, unfortunately the money jammed and something happened I'm not sure but I had to get some paid on PayPal, there was no way to cancel at that point. Plus the phone was clearly dumped and banged inside machine, they're should be some sort of cushion or something inside.

A tedious process.

A bit of a tedious process while standing there in front of the machine. I also wasn’t given the promo price with code even with the near-perfect condition phone and after condition was verified. I probably won’t use the service again.

Machine was easy to use

Machine was easy to use. It gives you the choice to change your mind if you don't like the offer and get your device back. It gives you the money if you accept the offer they give you and email you the receipt.

Easy and reasonably quick.

This is the first time I had used a cell phone kiosk of this type. I was unable to get the option where I plug the cable in and it does a check of the electronics to work, but that didn't keep them from offering me a decent price for the phone. Got paid cash on the spot and walked away a happy camper.

Felt I should have got much more for my trade I understand the company needs to make money too but it's worth much more when my trade insurance are in ment condition

It was very easy to use

It was very easy to use. The step by step instructions were great. I was not very happy with the prices, but a little is better than none. I would definitely use your kiosk again in the future

Kiosk shorted me

Your kiosk shorted me $17 when I sold a phone to your machine.
I received a code from your website that I entered and it said it was going to honor but when I receive my payment I received only the normal price. Not the guaranteed price
So that's why I gave a lower score

When I was about to turn in a phone the kiosk tells me it' can't help me go to to a different kiosk....when I go to the other kiosk it gives me a much lower estimate

Scam drop off code to lure you in.

I was promised an extra $15 for using a drop off code, only for it to remove the $15 once I got there. I'm sure thise feedback will fall on deaf ears, and nothing will be done about it, but hopefully it's public and others can at least be aware. I got $100 for a mint condition S23. Obviously you're strapped if you're using ecoatm, but to further take $15 from folks in that position is just low. They know that once you get there you are desperate for money, and therefore won't actually have to give you the bonus that you were promised.

Great experience!!! I recommend...

The way how the machine worked fast and great, it's what gives me a complete, satisfaction as a customer. I needed money ASAP and the machine didn't fail me to do so. One thing I want to add is that one time I placed one phone and never got it back or the money from the machine.

The only complaint that I have is that…

The only complaint that I have is that when I received my $200 something (almost $300) dollars for exchanging my iPhone 13 Pro Max because I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max, it gave me NOTHING but 1s and 5s. All my pockets were completely filled with cash and I didn’t like the feeling of having all of that money in my possession.

Your inconsistent pricing and inability…

Your inconsistent pricing. Just find it suspect that online I'm offered I believe it was $210 and when I arrived at the kiosk it only offered $185. Somewhere in the 15 mins it took me to drive to Walmart it suddenly lost $25 in value? The way the price is said to be calculated doesn't really ring true when faced with the reality of what I experienced.That and the inability to read my license sending me to 4 different machines before finally having to get someone else to sell my phone. Wasted time and gas.

Bait and switch with quoted price

Website promised a certain amount for both my devices. Machine confirmed quoted price after assessing both devices. After selecting ‘Sell’ and being beyond the point of no return, machine reflects regular payout, minus the bonus offer (less $50 for one phone and less $65 for the other). Tried calling help desk. They said I never entered code. Even though that is how I searched for my devices. AND I have a picture to prove what the machine quoted. But sure, you go ahead and tell me I didn’t enter the code. Classic bait and switch. Your platform and organization is the scum on which shit is formed. Never doing business with you again.
