FTMO Service
So far, I have received good service from FTMO. However, communication and feedback through email have been somewhat slow, which I understand may be due to the high volume of inquiries they handle daily. After my profit split was issued, there was an issue with my account, and I did not receive the payment. They asked for an alternate account number, and I am currently waiting for the profit split to be credited, which should take up to 20 days to reflect in my account.
