So far, I have received good service from FTMO. However, communication and feedback through email have been somewhat slow, which I understand may be due to the high volume of inquiries they handle daily. After my profit split was issued, there was an issue with my account, and I did not receive the payment. They asked for an alternate account number, and I am currently waiting for the profit split to be credited, which should take up to 20 days to reflect in my account.

I have been working with FTMO for a long time, I have never seen any other company better than them, their support team is very helpful, they solve your problem immediately, so far I have no such problem. withdra come right on time, I would rate them 10 out of 10

The web design here is very good, the operation is very user-friendly, and it has adaptive functions. Even if we are not at the computer desk, we can use various functions comfortably using our mobile phones. In addition, the company's support function has dedicated personnel who can provide timely assistance. The staff are very patient when you answer questions. This part really saves a lot of time in searching for information when encountering problems.

I received my first phase logins immediately after my payment, and also received the verification stage logins like in an hour after passing the first phase.
Also the unlimited trading time for both phases reduces the pressure so helps me to be patient.
I would recommend anyone to use FTMO.

FTMO is not like the other prop-firms. They're actually here to help you grow, manage your account as it was yours, and that was very helpful to me. They provide an amazing client area with lots of information to get better, lots of videos to learn, a customer support always here to help and very responsive ! You know what you're paying for. They have been here for a long time, and they for sure will stay here for a longer time.

Spreads are good(could be a little bit better for indices) and customer support is great.

1) During the verification you get an email asking you to leave a review on Trustpilot. is thsi the reason why they have so many good reviews? Without 5 stars there is no verification?

2) not clear rules

3) max 1-1,5% risk each trade are allowed, but accounts are closed with 1% risk

4) max 20% capital investment, not published but written in emails

5) margin is 1:10 NOT 1:30, they charge 30k/Lot instead of 10k/Lot each Lot ( Gold )

6) high Spread

7) high Spread expansion at News

8) additional commission $2.75/Lot turnaround ( Gold )

9) extremely high swaps $151/Lot ( Gold )

10) change rules without informing their partners beforehand

11) slow support

12) E-mails are only answered late

13) if they don't want you, they tell you you're a gambler

14) PropFirm in general was made to take money out of people's pockets

15) 95% of PropFirm providers are fraudsters and charlatans

I have been a professional day trader for 6 years. I came across FTMO quite recently. I really like the strict approach to trading and MM rules. Educational materials are of high quality. I myself have spent many years perfecting my strategy. FTMO helped me maintain disciplined management of capital at low risk.

I honestly belive FTMO is the best prop firm that exists. I tried various firms but none like FTMO.
First, the spread on forex is almost inexistent? Way better than other “raw spreads” offered by other firms
Second, the comission is lower.
Third, the FTMO platform is great, it has the trading matrix that shows you a lot of details about your trading style.
It is really intuitive.
I can write a longer review but it is not the case. FTMO is the best. I recomend it 100%.

I like the fact that the 2nd Phase is dropped down to 5% and still i have unlimited days to reach that target while Daily Loss and Max Daily Loss remains the same. FTMO has made it easier to become a full funded trader 😎

Really Great firm received all accounts - challenge / verification / funded near enough same day even though it said a few business day. Received my first payout and refund for challenge fee within 2 days. Best firm I’ve ever used and will continue to use.

I have been with FTMO since 2022 and I have not been able to pass the 2 rounds of FTMO's challenges. But I still believe in FTMO and continue to trade until I can pass the 2 rounds of challenges to get the live account as desired. Currently, there are many funds opening and attracting traders to them, but FTMO is still number one in terms of reputation, I rate 5 stars

I finished my Challenge and currently going through Verification stage. So I will share my experience till that. Everything worked perfectly and after passing 1st stage, within 1-2 hours I received login credentials for Verification stage account.
