First online guitar purchase - full marks
I was seeking a specific style of headless guitar and Fair Deal Music had a good variety, including one that looked suitable at a decent price so I ordered a SQOE. I was very impressed at how quickly it was dispatched and I received it the next day, well packaged (double boxed).Including were a good soft case, toolkit, strap and cable. Brought my ukulele in to have a strap…
Brought my ukulele in to have a strap button placed and was immediately helped by Smithy who sorted it quickly and safely. He also sorted an issue I was having with one of the frets and I was blown away by his expertise and helpfulness.
I bought a neat looking strap while in store as well. So happy with the service, will definitely come back for any future help I need for my ukulele.

Amazing shop
Amazing shop, great staff and fantastic value. I bought a mic stand with a phone mount included. Very good quality and cost half what it would be elsewhere. And Luke from the team delivered it to my house as he lived locally to me. What a service!

Good service but don’t fall for the “freebies” offer!
Good service and guitar arrived safe.
Tried to barter for a bit off as another was on sale near price.
Got told “I’ll throw in some goodies” - cheapest lead and cheapest strap available. Shame as I was pleased with the guitar but felt a bit annoyed at the crapness of the “freebies” - they’re that crsp you couldn’t even sell them on on eBay!😂
