The worst customer service I've ever…

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. If documents are missing, they won’t notify you via email or mobile. You’ll only discover this when you try to log in and find you're unable to. Then, when you attempt to update your mobile number, it takes two days to process seriously, these days other companies are updating this in a minute. Also, Until those 2 days, you won’t receive the security code which needed to log in. Every time you contact customer service for the code, it takes them 20-30 minutes just to provide it. Frustrating and inefficient

Just the worst customer service ever. It's hit or miss based on who you get and you spend more time on hold than being helped. we have been trying to get all are accounts moved out but even that is like armwrestling for your own money. Open an account here at your own risk.

Service is a joke

I'm not even a user yet, still trying to verify my address after almost a month.

I sent them a statement that the bank GAVE ME at their branch, and it was stamped and dated by the employees and still that was not accepted as it was "printed".

Maybe they were expecting the bank to engrave the stagement in some ancient tablets? If so, can you please update your instructions.

On top of that, I have to chase them for updates.

BESTTRADING ---LL C

I am pensioner and i have trusted this firm for the past eight years but now I have been poorly treated and now i am far from impressed with how customer care has treated my case. I am counting my losses now with lot of regret but still doing my best to focus on my head- er so i can recuperate . It has not been easy but slow and steady i will get there with consistency .

Horrible

Horrible. I have been with them for years upon years and their service now is horrible. They locked me out of my account and every Fidelity rep I talk to you cannot fix the problem that they created. Its just an incompetent organization that is unwilling to invest time in servicing their customers.

Site is down constantly and their efforts to maintain a normal site to handle investments is alarming. The government needs to step in and force this pathetic company to fix their issues. Down again and no way to get to my account. Simply the worst investment company out there and sadly I have to deal with them

Fidelity thinks I’m too stupid to invest my own money

For three years I was able to direct funds from my business bank account to my 401K through my Fidelity account. Two months ago my linked account stopped showing up as an option. When my financial advisor called Fidelity they said it was fixed. Then I find out that they are no longer going to allow me to do it myself. I now have to call them to transfer money or call my advisor. They are basically saying I’m too stupid and uneducated to handle my own money. If this is how they choose to treat clients then they just lost one

Fidelity Doesn't Care About Loyal Customers

I deposited a mobile check on 8/30/2024 and I am still waiting for access to my money. This is an institutional check from my employer too. Now I have immediate access to invest it, but not spend it. I am really disappointed in Fidelity and I will be looking at other brokerage firms. I am definitely thinking of closing my accounts with them.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I recently inherited an account as a beneficiary of my uncle's account. They refuse to give me access the account without knowing his social security even after it is transferred to me and i am receiving bank statements. How can I get his social if he is dead? Their answer... someone in the family must know it. Like we sit around at Christmas and exchange socials. They people have no empathy and are breaking the law by withholding my funds.

Zero

Zero , lost my life savings, I said no options setting it up. Then I still got asked if I wanted options. You couldn’t trade the first 5 minutes on trend days. You can’t put a stop loss when you place your order. No broker assisted help, they route to their market makers so if you loose they win. Never again because I have no money that’s why.

Worst service ever

Trying to move my school 401k to my rollover IRA that is not at Fidelity. It still hasn’t happened on Labor Day and I began the process June 29th. This is because it took four times for someone to tell me the correct way to begin the rollover. They even sent me incorrect paperwork by snail mail. Also, they won’t do a direct rollover like my other 401k at ACI did. I am waiting for a check. They also charged fees that ACI did not, and I will update this once the check has been received if I ever get it.

Deceitful Liars

Deceitful, Arrogant liars, they manipulate your account for hundreds of thousand of dollars with incorrect lots and claim it as wash sale, and when cut in lies they ask you to wait 24 to 48 hours, and call back to try to fix the error. Rude, Incompetent, liar customer service manager that has no clue how to handle a huge manipulation and mistakes from their side. Go to Charles Schwab.

I requested a withdrawal of my funds…

I requested a withdrawal of my funds into my bank account on the 21st June. The funds went straight into my account on the 26th June. I found my experience very positive. There were no delays or paperwork it was all done very quickly.

After my request I had read the reviews and admittedly I was worried extremely worried due to the endless negative reviews.
However fortunately my experience with Fidelity was the complete opposite. I couldn’t fault them.

I’m so sorry your experiences wasn’t the same.

FIDELITY SCREWED ME OUT OF $23,000

FIDELITY SCREWED ME OUT OF 23,000.00

Two days ago on the 28th of August 2024 before Navidia earnings call. I had over 2000 shares to go long. I had placed a 3% stop loss limit to be safe.
About 30 min before the earnings call I decided 'm going to change it to 1% to be safe.
When i got into my account the order which i placed a day before for the stop limit was changed to pending. And I cost me 23,000. And I'm not the only one having the same issue.
