Great Options, but Need Clear Non-Rx Lenses!

I had a pair of Phenoms with clear lenses for at least 5-6 years, so I don't get headaches but also don't have the tint for conference calls. I was disappointed that I couldn't replace them after they disappeared over Halloween (no clear option for non-prescription glasses).

The frame choices are still great, and I found a pair with the lightest tint, so hopefully they minimize the yellow-eye effect. I still have 2 pairs of Phenoms with the stronger-tinted lenses, but there's a gap ...

Quality Glasses to Reduce Eye Strain

Ordered men's Vertex readers in 65 amber for hubby and Cruz Kids in 65 amber for me. Very good quality lenses and frames. I wear mine almost all day at the computer and have experienced reduced eye strain. Super fast shipping. Very satisfied customer!

Best investment for eye care hands down

Great price hands down best investment for your eyes if you work in front of computer screens like I do. It has reduced my eye strain significantly and when I use them at night 1 hour before bed on my phone I notice I don’t have as much trouble falling asleep. This is a brand I will entrust in the future thanks

First time buyer and purchasing was everything I was looking for and more.…

First time buyer and purchasing was easy, lots of styles to choose from and different sizes, I haven’t found that on other sites. I like I can have a reader lens with blue light blocker combination, other sites don’t offer combination. a person replied to my message not a computer was sweet! A free gift was added to my pkge. too! I love that!!

Glasses are great, communication not so much

Glasses are great. Communication and shipping were poor. I was checking the order page every few days and never saw any status update after processing. I was never told the glasses shipped until 3 days after they just showed up. Not a good process.

The frames are well made and very nice

The frames are well made and very nice. The pair I got are from Fallout. Shipping was quick, especially considering I purchased the frames with prescription lenses. Definitely would recommend their service.

I love the design

I love the design, it does fit a bit tight on my head and I have a generally smaller sized head so I was surprised by that. It also took some time to get used to them, but overall my favorite blue light glasses. The quality is undeniable.

No one will reply if you buy this glasses

The item shipped over 20 days after I ordered it. There are 3 cracks on the edge of the edge of one side. I ask for a picture exchange for over a week, not a single one reply. I receive a label for return, and I ask again for an exchange, there are not a single live person reply to my message. 0 post sale 0 RMA team for this brand. Product looks good but has faulty on it. And it was very horrible shop experience!

Solid sunglasses 😎

Provided quality product in a timely…

Provided quality product in a timely manner, after I had to contact them several weeks after it was supposed to ship. They couldn't ship because an issue with the photo of the RX provided. That's kewl I understand. However what I don't understand is how they couldn't be bothered to contact me at any time to get the problem sorted. No calls, no texts, no email so I assume that I missed the smoke signals they were attempting to contact me with. After I contacted them and spent the 30 seconds it took to rephotograph the Rx it was no problem and efficiently processed.

Great product and service

Products are exactly what I was expecting and what was advertised. My only “complaint” is that I wish they would offer a pair of glasses for extra large head sizes. The lenses work great and tbh the frame is still comfortable despite being a bit too small, but I would def have paid more money for a better aesthetic. That being said, the website is very clear about the fit and I knew this is what I was purchasing, so absolutely no complaints there. Overall very satisfied, will very likely buy from them again and definitely recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

Nice glasses poor execution

When i bought my glasses they were running a sale on all collections but when i went to checkout the discount didn’t apply so i had to email their support to notify them and they then fixed their site error. After purchasing my glasses i received an email about a week later stating they needed my PD to continue with the prescription and now there would be a delay because of increase in orders. My PD was input in the scroll input section that they have in place for their order and was as plan as day visible on my order summary. So their lack of observation skills caused a brief delay in my order due to needing an email confirmation correspondence. So the technical side was an ultimate failure but they have a nice selection so thats their saving grace.

Ordering was a breeze. Shipping was super fast even though the website said December 2024 restock. The sunglasses are excellent quality and a good dark shade. They are made of quality materials.

I have a few pairs, these are fave

It’s not just hype, these glasses make my eyes happy. Have a few different pairs with different lenses, all have met or exceeded expectations. And as you’d expect from someone who’d buy multiple pairs of specialty lenses, I’m kind of… particular about things.

Perfection every time.

I have to me is a complicated order and I have to get four pairs of glasses. I’m sensitive to light and the amber tent they offer is fantastic, also so far they have gotten my prescription for all my glasses that are sunglasses, night driving, computer, and progressive distance perfectly. I emailed them because they changed the way you order glasses and I was confused I might have ordered wrong, I’m a previous customer so they knew my deal and got all four glasses and I’m beyond the moon happy with them.

My experience was great cause…

My experience was great cause everything was easy and they let me know the Fallout 4 sunglasses won’t ship till December so I don’t have to wonder when I’ll get them around

Presciption lenses were horrible

Presciption lenses were horrible. The focal area is too narrow horizontally for reading glasses.
One eye is in focus while the other eye is out of focus while reading or scanning left to right or right to left.
The glasses are not usable
I expect a correction for this or a refund.
I had asked for simple bifocals in our correspondence and this was not followed. I had asked for clear lenses and they came with a yellowish tint.
The order was not filled as described or discussed.
There was no response to 3 complaints to customer service who were very available during the ordering process.
