I have returned the item one month ago…

I have returned the item one month ago and I still did not received a refund or replacement. The only explanation is that it is now with third party provider who is not providing any response for a whole month. I am sorry but this is not a users issue. There has to be a limit to how long they are not responding after which time Galaxus itself should process a refund. See service case CUC6547668 from 8.9.2024

Good prices, Fast delivery...

I can't recommend this company highly enough! Their prices are excellent, their website is simple to use and they always deliver fast and accurately. I bought a laptop and a smartphone from them and I couldn't be happier!

Very quick service

There has only been one time from all the purchases I've made through Galaxus .de that had problems..
But that wasn't exactly there fault the problem was more on the Delivery than on Galaxus !!
I can say that 99% of the time the Service from Galaxus.de has been very satisfying, and would highly recommend this Firm to others !!

Issues with delivery

Had issues with the delivery coming later than promised and still have an issue with UPS not sending me a 6 digit code to pick up my package from their pick up station(not Galaxus fault but still very frustrating). Everything else was okay the package I received already was well packaged and all the items work great! Still waiting on UPS to resolve the issue with my second package.

Everything smooth so far

I have ordered on several occasions from them and every time everything went smooth and without a hitch. My new monitor, my robot-vacuum, and my SSD all came in 2 days and worked as expected. I can definitely recommend

Value of money and time…

This is my first time I ordered from Galaxus. And I am really satisfied with the service. The prices of the medicine is resonable compared to other companies. I used to order Dermacuetic C 25 cream from.amazon and it costed me near abt 57 euros that was so huge and I was shockd to see the same cream at 33 euro. Its saved me alot. Now I am going to use Galaxis for my future purchases of medicne and skin related creams. Also the parcel tracking services is easy to use. I got the parcel quick and intact. The medicine was of same quality and original no fake product. Although I was afraid about the authenticity of product while using the website for fisrt time. But I am happy. Also the website is genuine no fake..

I've order Ryzen 7 7900 X3D and Asus TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFi. The equipment arrived, shipping was fast and smooth. Before I didnt even know about this company. Looks like its legit! ;)

Purchased a refurbished RTX 4080

I purchased a refurbished RTX 4080. I ordered Monday at 2 pm and it arrived on Tuesday at 1 pm. They were SO fast it was incredible.
The GPU itself was listed as fully functional with minor used markers.
It came packaged perfectly and it functions without any issues. I can absolutely recommend the store and cant understand the bad reviews.

Quick delivery, no major problems

Package arrived quickly and also had tracking so I always knew where it was which is always nice. Unfortunately the package arrived without any padding which left the CPU about 9cm space to jump around in. The CPU box is sturdy and the CPU itself has no moving parts so it's unlikely that something happened to it, but it seems like an unnecessary risk that could have been avoided with a bit of crumpled paper.

Update 2023-12-12: Ordered from the again and both the RAM and the mainboard were safely padded

Online Payment problems with MasterCard

I have tried yo pay with my MasterCard, but the payment failed because my card apparently is not supported. I found out later that the payment process has been initiated and the funds are being held by them and they are not able to release it, until it is released automatically after 2 weeks. Why would the system start the payment process if the card is not supported?? That doesn't make any sense. Fix your broken system and stop wasting people's time.

5stars costumers service

I ordered a product from them, less than the promised delivery time it arrived (1 day). The product was not working well so I contacted them. They answered very fast, provided me a free label tag for the free shipping back. The same day when they received the product they already shipped me a new product what works well. I’m very pleased with the costumers service, definitely I will order more from them!

Cancellation of laptop order

I placed an order for a laptop that was on promotion, I contacted live chat beforehand and informed them of the situation that I live in Poland, but that the shop does not have a delivery option to Poland I gave the German address of a friend who would simply deliver it to Poland after some time. The lady in the chat room wrote that it was for the best and I placed the order. Today I checked the status of the order and it is cancelled by the system because the delivery and payment address are different, no emails or attempt to contact me about the situation. Of course, the price was already back to its regular price and the lady in the chat room informed me that she was sorry for the situation and that I could place the order again, of course for the already normal amount of more than 200 euros more. Very unpleasant practice on the part of the shop and I am a little disappointed with the approach to a foreign customer, but well, nothing can be done about it anymore, I did not get the opportunity to buy for the old amount.

good price, helpful customer service and prompt delivery

Combination of good price, helpful customer service and prompt delivery.
I was a bit hesitant when I didn't receive a confirmation email for my purchase. But a representative reassured me via their chat (in English, which I appreciated) that everything was fine. And indeed, the email came a few hours later, and the order was delivered the next day. Super happy about this purchase!
