Process was well organized. Proctor wasn't very patience. Once the test started every single click was delayed by few seconds. very convenient for people who committed to something but eager to update skills.

information given in details before the test starts will help students worry about something goes wrong and not know what to do or how to get help. the proctor was helpful and courteous which makes a big difference.

If it's easier for you to use a proctor outside of your school this is a super easy and affordable option. I purchased the package that includes the practice exams so I could brush up for a few weeks before taking the exam. I did have to remind them to send me the practice exam login but other than that everything went smoothly. Overall, the cost was lower than buying the exam/prep tests seperately.

bad experience of having test with this program, I couldn't load the program during test on my two test attempts. my computer was update and good quality but still the program didn't run smoothly

Ali Razi Kazemi thank you for your feedback. We are very familiar with your testing experience. During your first exam attempt, many complaints were about the slow performance of the exam. Upon advising the program director of the school you attend of the need for the computers to be updated and the internet speed checked, that was not the issue during your 2nd exam attempt. At the start of the exam, AutoCAD was shut down. Several times the Proctor attempted to communicate with you via the Chat, and you never responded. Technically, this was the 2nd time you abruptly stopped testing and communicating with the Proctor.
I hadn’t taken a very test in 15 years, this was super easy and the proctor was very polite.

I took the Excel exam, it worked exactly as the pre-exam video described and I was glad of the resource so I knew what to expect when I opened the exam. Proctor was professional, but still said good luck etc which was nice as I was nervous.

Very rude proctoring experience. I highly suggest going to another proctor company. The provided little information before the exam and then after exam was finished I received no instruction about scores or if I had to stay on zoom. I stayed on zoom for an extra 20 minutes because I didn't know what to do. Another person that was not my original proctor came on and was extremely rude. She asked me why I was still on zoom and I told her because I had not received any other instructions. She yelled at me via zoom. I asked her where get certified america was located and she responded with: The cloud and rudely hung up on me as I was asking her questions about my scores. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

Instructions the day before the exam. Instructions the morning of the exam. And information upon the completion of your exam. Our records list your email address as ldgcol02@gmail.com; you should have received each set of instructions.
We checked the chat records between you and the proctor and you were provided the instructions again. Unfortunately, with the amount of information you received, you still found that we lacked in providing you with the information you needed. As to the location of our testing center -- the program is Exams from Home. It's a cloud-based testing technology.
The proctor was professional and very patient with me. Exam jitters can make the simplest task seem overwhelming. My proctor provided clear instructions with the perfect amount of humor.

It was very convenient because I was able to take my test at home. The proctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. That took away a lot of the stress of taking a test. The test was really difficult but everything went smooth.

It was a fair test for sure. I completed it, yet would have benefited from an additional 10 minutes. My performance as it pertains to navigating the UI would have improved had I had my customizable workspace in place. Luckily I passed, and know what to expect going forward. Thank you.

The proctor was really nice and helpful. One thing to be noted, the exam was disrupted during the exam. When suddenly the exam get disrupted, a feeling of fear/nervousness hits the exam candidate. And the software was quite slow, it was little uncomfortable to use the curser. Otherwise everything was good.

The process of scheduling, paying and taking the text was simple. Instructions were clear and concise allowing me to focus on the study material vs the worry of testing. All questions I had before the test were awnsered by an actual human over the phone with zero hold time.

Was not informed that I needed to use a good size monitor to take the exam nor that I was supposed to navigate/use the AutoCAD software to answer the questions. I did not have a mouse and just used my small laptop so almost impossible to navigate and to switch from the actual exam pages end the software. I needed more time so I failed, ofcourse.

One of the best at home testing experience of my life. Scheduling process was extremely easy. They were frequently emailing me about the processes with reminders. On test day the instructor was online to guide me through the entire time till the beginning of the test. Testing layout was very user friendly also.
