Selling my old broken MacBook was a smooth process! Only took off one star because of the expensive packaging FedEx required me to use for shipping which took off about 30% of what I earned from the sale.

At first I was just looking for somewhere to sell my Macbook. Took a chance on this company after seeing a few reviews. They seriously had the biggest offer I received ANYWHERE (fr I went to like all the pawn shops,FB, you name it). Form is easy to fill out for a quote and they pay for your shipping if you decide to sell. Took 3 or so days to get to them but they sent payment literally the next morning after they received it for the full quoted amount. sent emails through the the process too. Got my payment through zelle but they offered through pay pal, venmo and check too I think!
