I’ve been taking both Hormone Harmony…
I’ve been taking both Hormone Harmony and Hormone Harmony+ for 3months now and am falling asleep quickly at night whereas before I’d lay in bed awake for more than an hour feeling restless. I feel great in the morning with lots of energy. I’m 55 but feel as though I’m back in my 30’s.

The Hormone harmony seems to really reduce hot flushes and night sweats
The Hormone harmony seems to really help with my hot flushes that were getting to be unmanageable. As I am about to start life long Lanreotide treatment my oncologist also said he was happy that I could continue the capsules without a problem which was a relief.

I have been under a LOT of stress…
I have been under a LOT of stress lately. I was really struggling with spots along my jaw, and I never get spots!! Pure cortisol apparently. Really bad bloating and big puffy moon face! I started on Hormone Harmony and within a week the spots had gone, I am just finished my first jar, and my belly is flatter, my face is slimmer (the double chins are pretty much gone thank goodness!!) and on the scales I've lost 2kg. 2Kg might seem like nothing to some people but I've been stuck at the same stubborn weight for years. But more importantly I just feel better in myself and I'm sleeping better too. Here's hoping the improvements continue, ready to open my 2nd jar!

Great products, worth a try when everything else fails.

Finally something to help this stage of life

The product doesn't work, hot flashes start to be stronger after a few days. The sweating is bad, heartburn which haven't had before.
The refund policy is a joke.
It is an expensive product and it is not useful. Don't buy it.
