Problems since purchase are non stop
I bought my Heybike in December 2023,so it's still under warranty. I've managed to put 90 miles on it between breakdowns. Right now, the only things that work are the headlight and the display. Customer service is so-so. They have replaced every part with an electrical connector except the motor. I've paid $50 in shipping charges so far. I purchased the extended warranty, so I'll keep trying to get it working till December 2025, and if I still have no luck, then it's going to the landfill. I still have my real bike (Giant Sedona), and I've been riding it all summer. The Heybike does not work well without pedal assist. I gave a second star because customer service at least responds and offers suggestions, but so far to no avail. Next ebike will come from a dealer that can service it.
