I have a RaceMax with a 500W motor

I have a RaceMax with a 500W motor and It has been a good hybrid bike so far. I've put over 500 miles on it and the Customer support via email has been good. I've always had my questions answered and issues or lack of understandings resolved.

Very good bikes and customer service

My parents both bought a new bike from HeyBike. Unfortunately, it took some time before you could use it because one bike was damaged. However, customer service was always very nice and even sent some extras as compensation.
The bikes are very easy to ride and customer service is also super fast and friendly.

I’ve been very happy with my e-bike

I’ve been very happy with my e-bike. The seat is comfortable, the ride is smooth, the controls are easy to use, the 3 power levels are all I need. My only critique is that there’s a surge when the power first kicks in, which is a little jarring but if you know it’s coming you can prepare for it.

A great ride

This bike is a pleasure to ride and it looks great. Its sturdy design should provide years of use. I wish there was an easier way to mount offbrand mirrors on the handlebars, but the ones from HeyBike did the trick.

Horizon Limited Edition

I'm super happy with my Horizon HeyBike, and the flexibility of it being able to fold up and transport easier than traditional bulky bikes. I would highly recommend picking one of these up, as you're getting more bike for the buck, but without a lot of bulk

I’ve had my Heybike Horizon since…

I’ve had my Heybike Horizon since spring. I’m 68 female. It did take me a bit to learn all the many bike attributes but I can fully utilize its features now. I could not be happier with the money I spent. I can decide the kind of workout I want, enjoy trails and short errands. I did upgrade the seat and that was a smart buy. I’ve had positive response from customer service. Bottom line, I’d buy it again. No regrets.

I ordered two bikes

I ordered two bikes. They arrived on time and without damage. They were packaged nicely. A week or two after my purchase, they had a sale that offered free accessories, so I contacted them. They immediately responded and sent me the free accessories. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Hitting the bike trails

We are very excited and happy with our Heybike Horizon Bikes. We really have enjoyed riding them. The full suspension system is a real plus, the fat tires allow you to travel on any terrain. Our neighborhood recently put in new bike trails so we have used them a lot. The color of the bikes are a very nice addition to the style and high quality look. Another plus is the customer service which is wonderful , they get back to you in 24 hrs by email. Thanks Heybike.

Heybike City Cruiser

I bought my City Cruiser about 6 months ago and love it! Not only are the colors (black and white) really nice looking, the bike itself is reliable and comfortable. I do think I need to upgrade the seat, as it is still pretty stiff. Aside from that, I have no complaints. It's quiet and the speed is great. I mostly ride my bike on dirt roads and country back roads. Although it's the City Cruiser, it's never been in a city and it's done everything I've asked it to. My bike arrived at my house via Fedex and the box was ripped and damaged. After I assembled it, I noticed that the front brake was bent and was squeaking even when I wasn't using it. I contacted customer service and my concerns were immediately addressed. They promptly sent me a replacement and I haven't had any issues since. I love my e-bike!

Great product with great support to back it up!

I ordered the heybike hero mid drive from heybike, I emailed support with a few questions during the pre-order process with questions about the bike and order status and they were always helpful and quick to respond. I had a minor issue when receiving the bike and support was able to help very quickly. I am very happy with heybike so far and look forward to continuing to use the bike!

I'm 18 again.

Wow, I woke up a miserable, cynical 58 year old. I then tried my newly purchased Heybike EC1. Beautiful sleek, discreet looking vehicle. Minimal assembly required.From my front door there is a hill, The EC1 pulled me effortlessly to its summit, on power assist 2. After a few seconds the motor kicks in and you cannot help but grin. The hydraulic breaks are excellent.The group set is extremely robust and reliable with a very clear gear indicator. The added bonus of puncture resistant tyres is an excellent addition to the extremely well built wheels. I rode for 60 minutes to get a feel and enjoyed every second even the seat is comfy. All in all a very well engineered vehicle with plenty of power available. I returned home still full of energy and now I feel 18 again. Thank you Heybike for a most superb product.

The tyson bike is a really show…

The tyson bike is a really show stopper.
My neighbor already has a bike so he was gracious enough to help me put this together which took about 1/2 hour. Our roads are rural , the bike handled well . Very smooth ride.It was somewhat heavy
for me if I had to pick up and put in my car.

Problems since purchase are non stop

I bought my Heybike in December 2023,so it's still under warranty. I've managed to put 90 miles on it between breakdowns. Right now, the only things that work are the headlight and the display. Customer service is so-so. They have replaced every part with an electrical connector except the motor. I've paid $50 in shipping charges so far. I purchased the extended warranty, so I'll keep trying to get it working till December 2025, and if I still have no luck, then it's going to the landfill. I still have my real bike (Giant Sedona), and I've been riding it all summer. The Heybike does not work well without pedal assist. I gave a second star because customer service at least responds and offers suggestions, but so far to no avail. Next ebike will come from a dealer that can service it.

DON'T BUY

Anyone getting getting an ebike, DON'T GO TO HEYBIKE. The customer service sucks and wants you to keep the bike, even if you want to return it and/or doesn't work well. I learned the hard way. I suggest other companies.

After purchase support

After buying a HeyBike, I required some additional accessories for my HeyBike Mars. I was able to quickly order the green saddle bag. The ordering web portal was easy to use, and my package was delivered promptly.

DO NOT ORDER THEIR BIKES

I ordered a HeyBike Mars 2.0 1000w and it costed me a little over 1000 dollars. It came scratched and the screen was damaged along with the front forks which made it impossible to get the front wheel on. I tried to reach out to the HeyBike customer support, but they took days to answer us. This purchase was an enormous headache, and I WOULD NOT recommend Heybike to anyone, I was so excited to receive my bike but they took away my joy.

Heybike and there customer service has…

Heybike and there customer service has went above and beyond for me so far. I highly recommend buying from them! I ordered my Heybike mars 2.0 about a month ago and have been loving it so far it has great grip on road and off road and great battery mileage. The speed is also amazing being able to go 28mph.

What a ride!

Great bike, easy to learn. The app is easy to navigate. Fast delivery and customer service was excellent. Love riding my City Run. Smooth riding and easy to learn. This bike changed my mind about electric bikes
