How can these companies get away with claiming their products do what they’re supposed to do??
Is there any regulation for online advertising???
Iv seen adverts showing this product turning sweetcorn white,turning yellow paper white after this rubbish was applied to it!!!!
I got it as a present,and guess what???
It’s absolutely useless!!,as I expected to be honest!!!!!

I think these are amazing the toothbrush is amazing me and my daughter love them they look beautiful sitting on my bathroom shelf and it has encouraged my daughter to brush her teeth a lot more..where as before it would be a nightmare trying to get her to bush her teeth (she has ADHD) now she can't wait to bush them
I love these products so much
Can't wait to have the whole collection

My daughter wanted to try Hismile after seeing tiktok promos. I thought I'd give it a try. The first time I used it I had pain all through my lower jaw. Very odd. Never happened before. I tried again another time thinking it might have been the flavour (watermelon). This time it was blueberry and again same thing. I've never had pain using toothpaste before.

I started using hi smile toothpaste a week a go and am so happy already with the results! I didn't think it was going to work but my teeth are in so much better condition and even more whiter!!

Ordered the mystery bundle for my daughter. She loves the toothpaste as she doesn't really like mint. I've bought some in super drug when they've been on offer too. Only downside is the price even when they are on offer it's quite pricey and sometimes the pump on the toothpaste is hard to use.

I am so disappointed their product caused me chapped lips and mouth ulcers. Going through so much pain due to their product. I can’t believe I paid to cause myself pain. I had high expectations from them but they have seriously disappointed me. I would not recommend this to anyone.

My son started using the Chupa Chup flavoured toothpaste and over a 6 week period his teeth were noticeably yellower and he had awful breath. We threw out any remaining product and bought Colgate - his bad breath disappeared but the damage to his teeth colour was done. So angry about this awful product - DO NOT LET CHILDREN USE IT. There should be an investigation into their efficacy claims!

This company should be investigated for FRAUD

we bought the color corrector from the ads on Facebook, bought directly through hi smile, and was sent the “color corrector” product

It was BERRY TOOTHPASTE with ZERO whitening effect like the ads. The ads show whitening in 30 seconds with hi smile. It’s misleading and a scam

Wow where do I even begin. My 16 year old daughter has had a severe reaction to HiSmile Barbie pink bubblegum toothpaste. We are currently waiting for a steroid injection as antihistamine and cortisone cream has not done anything!!! Swollen face, hands, lips, fever on an off and a rash all over her body. Be VERY careful using this toothpaste.

I have severely chapped lips and burn above upper lip after using Hismile a few times while on vacation with my Husband 10/1 thru 10/13. Used the toothpaste every few days for my morning brushing. My lips started chapping and kept getting worse. I have not used the products since our return home and my lips are in terrible shape. Never using this product again due to this side effect even though the whitening effect was very good. 😢

This company does a lot of advertising focused on people who don’t like mint since they have a wide variety of alternative flavors. As someone who loves banana candy and was having trouble brushing regularly due to how mint makes me mouth feel (not a huge fan of the cooling effect), I was so excited to get their banana toothpaste. The flavor is just like banana candy IF THEY MIXED IN MINT! Taking a closer look at the ingredients, it still includes menthol. The stuff that makes mint have that cooling effect. It was actually more intense than my natural mint toothpaste from Hello. If you’re looking into this brand because you’re sensitive to that minty feeling, check the ingredients closely. I don’t know if all their flavors have menthol but banana did and it really shouldn’t have.

I recently bought the A+ whitening toothpaste and I should of done it sooner! It works brilliantly and tastes soooo nice. I have bought other whitening toothpastes in the past and they ended up in the bin, as they don't do the job properly and taste disgusting. I will definitely be buying again in the future.

Whenever I have brought from Hi smile the products have been amazing and worked! I love all the flavours and the new toothbrush plus the customer service is really good and they are lovely people.My dentists said my teeth are so good now and my mouth hygiene 🪥

Paid for the product. They debited the money for my account in my account it shows that they were paid and received the money yet I received no email confirming they got the order or that it was fulfilled or that it's been sent on a two to three day order.
Seems like a scam to me.

I have used Hismile products for a while now and am really impressed with the toothpastes. I decided to order the toothbrushes which are also fantastic but after a few months one of them had a problem. I contacted Hismile and they responded so quickly and have replaced the product.
Their customer service is incredible.

I own about 35 toothpastes(couple of double ups) and you can see the results on my teeth and my new confident smile.
I hated the taste of mint enough I avoided brushing my teeth, now I can’t go to bed without it! And every morning! Actually I think I own everything now, literally everything! My teeth look great I actually get compliments because I feel myself smiling more often because I know my teeth are clean. :):)
And when I had a messed up order they actually sent me more than what they messed up! :):)

I love this color corrector toothpaste. I usually put it on before I do any of my creator videos. I also am in love with the cotton candy toothpaste. It’s such a treat!
