They idea sounds great, but the implementation is poor. I ordered a pair of pants and a vest long ago, and wasn't quite happy with it because fabric wasn't the one I'd chosen, and the quality of stitching was poor. Though the fabric isn't of bas quality. But the most annoying thing is that, after they have recollected my personal data, they keep sending unwanted advertising through e-mail, sms, whatsapp, etc. Extremely annoying!

To be fair to Itailor, I had a problem with one of my shirts. Bob took the time out to talk with me about the problem. Bob was very responsive so I look forwward to a new shirt Bob,Thank you.

First suit I ordered the pants had measurement issues due to my mismeasurement. itailor worked with me through emails and forwarding pictures of the fit to get better measurements. itailor sent me a replacement pair of suit pants, free of charge, as well as a 20% discount on my next order.

Was able to order a tailored three-piece suit online. As a first time, I missed a couple of measurements on one item, but iTailor was very accommodating and provided a perfectly fitted replacement. I would recommend taking comparable measurements from your existing wardrobe, to confirm what you send. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and plan to order a couple of suits for business purposes. Thanks iTailor!

First custom-made shirt ordered online, I didn't really know what to expect.
I took my measurements correctly, the first shirt had a sizing problem in the biceps. Communication was very easy and after sending a few photos with more measurements, they sent me back a shirt that fit.
It's definitely worth a try!

Web site is excellent and easy to work with. Customer service is tops. Most companies are nowhere near itailor in customer service. Have been a customer for ten years and always happy. The shirts are better than anything in a store and the suits have more features than expected. Tom

I ordered a custom suit for my wedding back in 2019 and gave them my correct measurements which I went and got professionally done by a local taylor. When the suit came in, it was like they totally ignored the measurements. I kept emailing them about it and sent them pics with measurements like they requested. They refused to correct the issue and refused to give me a refund. Although this happened some time back, I still think about it and it really bothers me. Such a scam. Beware of this company!

I was having a bad experience with them at first but they finally came out to set things right!

I think I should give advice that before you buy a suit from them, you should really contact their customer service to make sure you're getting the right measurements.

But once they have everything they need to know, they'll make sure to give you the best experience! I had a really frustrating time with them at first but they set things right! And I have a suit in time for my brother's wedding!

On the off chance I got in contact with itailor because a shirt fabric was out of stock. My reply and unexpected service was excellent. I was advised with additional tailoring add ons at now extra cost. I preferred a thicker collar so it looked more formal with a tie, although it that option wasn’t on the website I was hesitant but when I received the shirt I was really pleas and impressed, with the quality, communication and customer service. Can fault them at all. Excellent work and thanks again. I will buy again for sure.

iTailor worked with me to make sure that I would have a great suit for my wedding. After my first suit did not fit, they sent me a new jacket for free with adjusted measurements. Not only that, but they also worked with me to produce a suit with a particular fabric after it had gone out of stock. They really went above and beyond to help me out.

ITailor just make beautiful clothes, that fit to the milimetre. I could not have had a better service if I'd attended in person. The cost is very competitive indeed, there are no huge mark-ups, their attention to detail is extremely impressive. They do not turn around orders in days, they take their time to get it right: and they DO get it right.

I first ordered from iTailor about 3 years ago and ever since they have been my go-to source for quality custom suits, shirts and overcoats. Make sure your measurements are accurate and communicate with them about it. They follow directions very well on my orders. They respond in a timely manner via email, so that's impressive on its own. I get a lot of compliments when I wear my iTailor made clothing in public.

After trying a few M2M companies what got my attention of iTailor was easy accesibility of Bob, the co-owner of iTailor. I contacted Bob even before placing my first order and he was easily accessible whether on emails, messages or actual calls.

Bob was in touch with me at every stage or ordering, shipping and delivery. When the suit arrived I was very happy with the quality of fabric and workmanship. When I messaged Bob that I was "almost" happy with the jacket and would have liked some minor areas of improvement, he immediately called me and offered to remake the jacket at no extra cost. I have tried 4 M2M companies so far and have to say that I am most impressed with iTailor, not just the quality of fabric and workmanship but easy accessibility with the co-owner of iTailor, something unimaginable with the other companies I have tried so far.

I have been customer with i tailor for years, they always done good work.. yet when they made an error with one jacket.. they discussed all the details even using pictures to pinpoint where the error happened, then the re-make of the jacket was to my complete satisfaction.

Steer clear of this company. Despite my partner ordering a shirt well in advance for a wedding, the shirt has not been received even after a week past the estimated delivery date of 2-3 weeks. Despite multiple emails requesting the tracking number, their responses merely claim that the item has been dispatched without providing any tracking details. This situation raises suspicions of potential scam activity.
