It's just rubbish. Slow and often says there are network problems but no other demand service has the same problems. No wonder I rarely use it

Useless it took 5 times to even get it to load menu now waiting again 2 mins for program to get back to where I left it.
What can they not fix it so it works properly like Netflix Amazon or even BBC catch up. Get a grip ITV, you should be ashamed of this rubbish service!!

Unfortunately I'm going to have to go against the majority of reviews on here because I absolutely love ITVx, I have the premium option and for what I pay I think it is great value. I recently got rid of Sky because all I was watching was U&Gold, but when you look at ITVx everything on U&Gold is on there at a fraction on Sky's price, I'm paying £2.99 per month. I've no issues streaming at all via a FreeSat box. Obviously it's missing a few things, the TV app could be better as it's very long winded to try and find something, but I'm getting used to it now, content is updated on a regular basis but wish there was better categories (70's, 80's, Classic kids, Quiz) also I'd like to be able to organise 'my stuff' in alphabetical order. But, I'm honestly really happy with premium & can say I use ITVx every day.

Trying to restart goldfinger from beginning. Now have to put a code in. Television has gone barmy. Go back to good old days.

Freezes constantly causing you to watch and after ad after ad until it finally finds it's bungling way back to the program. Awful.

The app is so bad.if you watch a tv show from start to finish without pausing, rewinding or forwarding then it’s ok. Try to do anything else and it can’t cope and crashes. Sometimes takes me 10-15 mins just to start a tv show. Interestingly I read the CIO for ITV is nominated for CIO of the year. The world has gone mad!

Useless, worse than useless. Buffers, stops, kicks us out. And what does itvx recommend, reboot, reload, reinstall, re this re that. It's broken! Needs fixing, not turned off and back on

This app it’s absolutely useless!
Freezes when watching and then goes back to the beginning of a program. Why can’t it just resume like other apps?
Why can’t you fast forward after it has crashed and gone back to the beginning?
It takes money for advertising but the ads usually do y show as the feed doesn’t come through. I would never pay to advertise on the platform as people can’t see the ads!
ITV hub was so much better!

Can't believe I am paying a subscription for ITVX ad free.When a new series begins it won't let me watch it.I have to watch on my regional channel with ads!!!.. What a con.😡

Quite possibly the worst app we have ever used. You can be mid watch and then it just goes off, and you can’t continue to watch until it’s pieced itself back together (usually the following day) how on earth can a TV channel on a national level even get this so wrong??

If I could put half a star i would, but the minimum is 1 star.
Horrendous app, slow, buggy, pixelates at random times, freezes during adverts and then wont let you continue playing afterwards. If you start watching from the start when a program is live and it crashes before finishing but the program has ended you have to wait hours to carry on watching as the program just vanishes.
