Making returns easy

Hate returning things but this was so easy!
No printing of labels needed took me less than a minute to sort out and the package has been collected within hours of me leaving it in a secure locker

I had a fantastic experience with…

I had a fantastic experience with InPost. The entire process was completed in just 5 seconds. I asked the guy at the shop if that was all, and he confirmed it was. At the same time, I received an email from InPost saying, "We’re on it."

The instructions were easy to follow

The instructions were easy to follow , once my parcel was scanned, then place my parcel in the open box. Closed box, my parcel is away.Within seconds my phone gets a texted with receipt of parcels post.

Usually OK but fed up of parcels…

Usually OK but fed up of parcels getting labelled wrongly by in post employees and things getting sent to wrong recipient. Please ensure your staff label things correctly, I put the recipients name on app parcels even with a digital label. No excuse for these mistakes, I have lost money and items due to this

Rude shop attendant

The shop is really conveniently located so that’s great but the shop attendant was so rude. I had to sort through a pile of over 30 parcels on the floor to find mine - not secure. I wouldn’t have minded if he’d asked/directede politely but it was like I was a huge inconvenience to him.

Sent parcel
Buyer never received
Parcel was sent back to me
I had to understand what was going on no much communication.
Thankfully buyer was understanding
I had to go again to the locker and re send parcel
I'm hoping now buyer will be able to get the parcel

Easy

Easy, flexible, efficient service. Store drop off points and locker drop off points. Option to have qr code is great with no need to print at times.

Excellent experience

Great communications from receipt of parcel from sender to delivery to local locker. Using the App on phone to open the locker was a huge improvement compared with entering codes into the locker touchscreen, particularly as the screen can sometimes be a little unresponsive.
