I’m extremely disappointed with this…

I’m extremely disappointed with this dress. The fabric feels synthetic and plasticky, nothing like what’s shown in the photos. The model doesn’t fit well, and the sizing is completely off. The actual dress looks entirely different from the website image, which is misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for quality or accuracy in their purchase

I ordered the dress and it came torn…

I ordered the dress and it came torn and it didn't look like the dress on the web at all and I ordered a size s but the actual size was xl. I requested a refund and took pictures of the damage. They offered me 40% and to keep the dress, after I refused, they offered me 60% and to keep the dress, after I refused, they also sent me information about the return and that if there is damage at customs, they will not return my money money. After I told them that I would report them to the police and that I would post all the pictures of the conversation and the pictures of the web dress and the dress that arrived, they said that they would refund my money and that I could keep the dress. They didn't refund me the full amount and they still owe me, but it doesn't matter. This is a scam and beware! The dress came to me in about 6-8 working days, which means that it was not in America and passed customs, because it would not have come to my address that quickly. They said that I have to return the dress to America and that I bear the cost of the return and that it could take about 15 days or depending on how long they hold it at customs. After they refunded my money and sent a confirmation, I realized that the time difference does not match that between Croatia and America, so they probably send the dresses from China😂😂 I also wrote a review on their official website, but they were never published. I also put pictures of the dress there

amazing exchange...

I was freaking out about exchanging a dress.They took the time to help me and my dress was sent out in the correct size. I appreciate their kindness and the dress I ordered is exactly like the picture and great quality.

Customer Service

Just to say I was pleased with this company. The dress I received was beautiful, unfortunately too small so I exchanged it for a purse which is exactly what I wanted. The service was quick and responsive.

S U P E R C U T E...

I bought the dress from Jardinvue for pictures with my Real Estate Firm and it’s comfortable, not too heavy to make you hot and not too lightweight to be see through. You can dress it up and dress it down and it doesn’t take away from the dress. 10/10 recommend. Definitely a dress you’ll want.

I received a bad product the first time but the team of jardinue was very kind and helped me sending another dress completely gifted and a more 10% discount on future shopping. The second dress is very pretty, I like it so much!!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Be careful when buying on this website. The dresses are not the right size and when you try to make a return they try to stop you from doing so. I started a refund process ONE YEAR AGO and to this day I have not received anything. I sent them an email and immediately I received my money back. Be careful these people are trying to take your money. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It feels like a scam. The way the person writes is not professional either. Very weird.

Perfect

This was so comfortable and nice and long. Was very durable and didn’t have to worry about ironing it no wrinkles. Very lightweight. If your thinking about this do it you won’t be disappointed.

Absolute scam!

Absolute scam!
Ordered a dress for a wedding and the material is made out of swimwear. They refuse to give back a full refund and propose that you keep the trash of a dress and give you 40% back.
The dress is nothing like in the image and it’s poorly done, with really low quality and terrible fabric.
I’ve been asking for a full refund and keep receiving the same email over and over again, probably a chat bot.
The dress came from Spain and the only way that they give you a full refund is if you send it to an address in the US, which shipping cost from my country cost a lot more than the dress itself! Absolutely terrible experience, let’s make this brand disappear.

It is a far from satisfying experience…

It is a far from satisfying experience I swear O bought 3 dresses trusting their display pictures, and I really can’t decide which dress is the worst. I literally look like a clown in these dresses.
Color, model, quality, and even fabric the fabric is like the curtains of my room.
Wish I could share some pictures of mu disappointments.
Please guys be careful because their display images and videos are really deceiving.
And finally, they blocked me from accessing their store

Scammers

Scammers : they scamm people do not buy anything about this website, just look at their instagram account, it’s totally fake, everything is fake. Never recieved any thibk and they won’t give my money back !!!

Ordered a dress that never arrived

Ordered a dress that never arrived. Company are requesting I return the item, covering the cost of postage to return while acknowledging that the item was lost in transit. Worst customer service ever. No refund provided. Avoid at all costs. Better off throwing your money down the toilet. You'd get as much for your £. Only giving 1 star because zero stars is not an option. Total scam.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I bought six dresses and paid expediated. Three arrived today, still waiting on the others, and the sizing is completely OFF. Only one fits and the others are too small and must be mislabeled as I followed the sizing instructions. Now I’m very worried about the other dresses when they arrive. What’s the point if a sizing chart if it doesn’t work. Very frustrating.
