This is my go to place for make up and skin care. Every visit feels right and positive. The two lovely ladies are always welcoming, knowledgeable and I never feel pressure into buying something I don't need. They are accurate with helping me select my best color match and they've also taught me the correct order to apply my skin care routine. Those are some of the many reasons why I am now a loyal customer to them for many years. I'm beyond happy and grateful for both of them.

I purchased Shiseido future solution LX serum and Cle de peau cushion foundation and a few other products. I am so happy with the products and professional , kind, supportive service I received, not to mention all the samples too.
I will definitely return to complete my set of Shiseido future solution LX and try a few other lines.
I can see the difference it makes in my skin!

Tina’s Koko Shiseido in Torrance, California is one of a kind. The place is tastefully decorated and their staff is polite and helpful. I often buy Shiseido items through mail order from her since I live in New Hampshire. When I was in Torrance CA, I would make a point of visiting her store. It was always a pleasure. I highly recommend KoKo Shiseido.

This is my second time placing an order by phone and each time has been a smooth transaction. Tina at the Diamond Bar store assisted me with my order both times. My Shesido products arrived in two days. The items were carefully packaged and the sample gifts she included were better than the ones I've gotten at department stores. Tina was so pleasant and even honored the 15% online discount. I will certainly make future Shesido purchases with Tina.

I've always had an excellent presentation of Shiseido products. Tina explains every product that I inquire about and some that I don't. I've been using the Shiseido White Lucent Line (suggested by Tina) and it's working wonderfully. When ordering, my products they usually arrive the next day. I am very pleased with this Shiseido location.

I am an out of state customer- so testing shades are impossible but Tina knows my complexion and will test a shade on herself and send a picture to me. I really appreciate the personal touch to make sure I get the correct product. The bonus is that delivery was in less than a week even with the Thanksgiving holiday.

Ive been using this product for 2 months and i am very happy with it. it is functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. i wouldnt say that its a must=have, but its definitely worth a look if youre in the market for a new one

Tina helped me to get what I want without any pressure to buy. I can get to know more about the product by using the samples Tina offers and it’s a great way to know what to purchase. The ease of ordering online or by text is personable and great customer service during Covid.

This was the first time I ordered online i always go to the store I actually like that better but it was really easy Tina help me out by sending me an email with my order she was fast to get it out and received it 3 days later AWESOME !!
