Great customer service on phone from…

Great customer service on phone from Jatin Reddy. Easier to solve problems by phone - spoke with 2 online chat advisors and they don't always action correctly or send emails following up. Will call in future as Jatin solved problem quickly. Also phone is answered instantly (unlike Vodafone).

I had an issue with auto-renewal and…

I had an issue with auto-renewal and contacted customer service..spoke with Siddhant that was extremely helpful. I been with Lebara for very long time now and i dont have any complains. Everytime i speak with customer service, they always sort out my issues. Amazing..i give it 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Help with lost mobile/ reordering SIM

chat responded quickly. Rechal was very quick in helping me today after I lost my phone yesterday. She answered my concerns and re ordered new SIM same number cancelling old one. Very grateful and a pleasant experience.

My bank blocked the payment, Lebara sorted me out

My bank blocked the payment, Lebera tried to take the payment a second time, but was rejected. My monthly introductory offer then expired. I got my bank sorted out, then messaged Lebara to ask if they could re-instate the offer, they kindly did this straight away.

All Calls are Scam Calls

All Calls are Scam Calls

This week for no reason one of my mobile phone numbers has been receiving up to 10 unknown calls per day. These are all from Lebara numbers that go straight to voicemail. There seems to be no way to stop this but a platform allowing such easy access to numbers should not be allowed. Stop the madness. Stop the scam calls. This is harassment and I sincerely hope the platform is willing to do something about it.

Spoke to Vivek D. with an ongoing issue for 20 days. I was busy so couldn't chase it. Thankfully the guy knew exactly what I needed. Amazing knowledge and a true professional. Everything resolved within 5 minutes.

When I switched to Lebara I had trouble…

When I switched to Lebara I had trouble enabling Wi-Fi calling. I phoned Lebara and Shashi resolved the problem. She called me back several times to guide me through each step and ensure the problem was resolved.

Great customer service by Sangita. I arrived from India yesterday and bought this SIM at the airport in India. I was having issues with data and talktime after arriving here and it was resolved quickly.

Have rated it an overall 3. My experience early this morning and then later on this afternoon (when I was cut off while being out on hold) was not at all good but then spoke to Sonal who was knowledgeable and helpful and was able to calm a very frustrated customer. Thank you Sonal - you saved the day as I might have left Lebara which would be a shame as previously I have always rated them very highly

Customer's interest as priority

Quite appreciative of the consideration l got when l rang the customer service. My auto renewal data plan was to activate at midnight but l had exhausted my data and needed to do some online work. I called to know what l do could given l have been on the auto renewal service for a while. Nivin Louis, the customer service officer was kind and patience to listen and understand my plight and offered a solution to enable me carry on till my data plan renews.

Excellent Customer helpline

I have been with Lebara for over a year now. Recently I talked to the support team and they offered me a super deal doubling my data. Today my service stopped which left me baffled. Ashish sorted out the issue, explained what had gone wrong, and send me a link to restart the service. The support team are excellent.

de linking old email and reinstating new

Was having extreme difficulty de linking my old obsolete email to my existing number and linking this to my new email.
After calling Lebara on 0207 0310791 and speaking to a chap called IMRAN KHAIRDI,the experience was amazing.
IMRAN guided me through the entire process and i now have my old and existing mobile number linked to my new email.THANK YOU IMRAN!

Good operator, but still no esim!

I have several lines with them & have been pleased with the service overall. They offer good value & the roaming in India & China is a nice plus.
Only dropped a star for the interminable delay to introducing an e-sim option.
Come on Lebara, sort it out!

Great service from Fariyaz

Great service from Fariyaz, I bought a reduced plan which was never used. Fariyaz Kindly arranged a refund and cancelled my plan. Definitely recommended for their service amd plan pricing.
