I was able to get the color and size that I needed. It shipped in a timely manner. I received exactly what I ordered. The quality was better than I expected for the price. I haven't opened all of the packages yet but I am going to believe that all 10 of them are of the same quality.

A company thats not customer oriented. Whenever a refund is due the exact amount should be told without having to do your percentage. To spend $37 with a company and get only $9!refund after a return and then charged $14 to have it returned and not even be considered enough to waive the $14 doesn’t show very good customer skills to me.
So you rather lose a customer than waive $14. Well don’t worry because I do not have any intentions of shopping with you again.
It shows by your reply that you are not a customer oriented leader so I get why your company handle customers as they did.
First off, I never said you did not state your refund policy, I said when one ask for a refund the total dollar amount should be listed so you will know exactly the amount you will receive. I don’t know where you get your totals from but I can show a copy of my receipt that shows I paid a total of $36.73 rounded to $37.
So get your dollar amount correct. I never blamed you for the return, I would have rather exchanged for the correct blue than to send back for a refund BUT you did not have that color light blue. To take all those charges from approximately $37 and refund $9 is absolutely absurd. You ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED NOR ARE YOU A SKILLED LEADER.
I’m done, I donated the runners, I paid you an additional $14 for re-shipping NOT $6.95. Where do you get these prices from. I have the proof. But it’s over and as I said, your written words will prove your lack of understanding and customer skills.

We informed you of our policies before processing your return by requesting that you fill out a RMA. By doing so, you agreed to our terms. Furthermore, you agreed to our return policy when you purchased the items. If you selected the wrong colour, wrong size or did not use them, we should not be held liable for your mistake. We provided you with what you requested; there was no deception or surprise. You were informed of each procedure.
From your perspective, we are not customer-oriented because we do not wish to pay for another shipping cost or provide a complimentary product.
I would like to inquire as to why our customer service team has not been given greater consideration in light of their efforts to accommodate your claims over the past almost month.
We followed your instructions and returned. We informed you that, should you wish to proceed with this, we would require the $9 refunded and for you to cover the shipping costs. The $6.95 you paid for the first shipping does not cover the cost of three labels. It is unreasonable to expect that, as a customer, you are entitled to something without providing the necessary funds. The total value of your purchase was $33. Our customer service team has experience with customers making larger purchases and can assure you that you received the same quality and attention.

I searched for hours for the perfect red velvet table skirt, LTC provided the best options by far, and they were much cheaper then some of the other sites. Its hard to find table skirts that aren't cheap and for one time events, the velvet table skirt was real velvet, and pretty thick.
