i sent this message to customer service at Punt sweepstakes casino. I have never had an issue with them and usually love to play. redemption is usually hassle free and i haven had any issues until today. My message:
"I have been trying to play the challenge that involves the game Plushie Wins. The challenge states that the first to hit a 500.00 multiplier at .20 sc or above can win an added bonus of 300.00sc. After further investigation on why It hasn't been won, and why i havent won when I hit the max win on multiple bet levels. It seems to be impossible because: The slot is a 1 line slot with only 3 reels. there are 4 possible sc amounts to be won on each bet level. If you get (any 3), or 3 dogs. 3 turtles. or 3 chickens.
The highest possible multiplier on any bet level is 100x and to win that is 3 chickens.
So the challenge is not possible there is no other way to win a multiplier of 500x when the highest winning combination on the game is 100x when getting the 3 chickens. The challenge is false and there for un-winnable so it seems i played the challenge trying to win it and wasted my time and money,. I wouldn't knowingly put money into a challenge i can't win. its really not cool. Could you guys take it down so other people don't waste their time and money its sort of a scam and kind of upsetting."

how do you win?
it says you can win the challenge at .20 sc and up with a 500x multiplier but the highest win amount on every bet level is only 100x.

again i am sorry for not understanding i really am trying to figure it out, but i am just not seeing any where it says a 500 multi is possible in the game, on any bet level. it only goes to 100x.. and that wouldn't meet the challenge requirements, but again please if someone could explain it to me i wont feel like i wasted a lot of time and money or be so confused.

you say that and im sorry for my misunderstanding but i can not figure out how to win using the game rules and the challenge requirements. There's no way to win such a challenge. I am not trying to be difficult for i have spent alot of money and time trying to win the challenge, and do not understand how to win based on the information i have which is 4 wining combinations highest is 3 chickens, 100x multi. all bets.

they didn't respond or even read my messages...
im going to check other challenges listed on theirs and chanced.com and see if they are even possible.
also chanced.com has the same challenge and had the same response and also ghosted me as well. they also "got rid of their playthrough" advertised about it and then all of a sudden brought it back without warning.. seems they are not as transparent and fair as they let on.. player beware.

BEWARE OF PUNT CASINO….

Just so yall know… punt is very sus. I tried to redeem June 7th by the 9th my account was banned randomly. Since the 9th I have sent 10 emails to their support so they can A.) give me a reason as to exactly why my account was banned (although I know I did nothing wrong)

Furthermore, my redemption was $285, so not a measly $100 otherwise I wouldn’t b trippin. I’ve talked to multiple people who have had their account banned randomly on punt after they have won / after they have bought packages. IT WOULD BE NICE IF SUPPORT WOULD ANSWER THEIR EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT TO NO AVAIL.

This is not an isolated incident and many other people have recently (or in the past 8 months) experienced the exact same issue I’m in. Except some folks won $10k or more and never received it… deposit and play at your own risk. I know I’ll never get my redemption from them.

They won't let me redeem my winnings. I've contacted support 2 weeks ago. They asked for my social to redeem and I gave it to them. Support is always unhelpful from punt and chanced and I'm extremely disappointed with them. They also have predatory fine print that excludes their ridiculous 10x rollover from certain games.

I signed up on 5/27/25 and won over $500 but played it down to $500.36 and put in a redemption request the same day. My account was fully verified, I verified my debit card with micro deposit amounts and still I wait for my "instant withdrawal". I received an email that my account required additional verification which should take 24-48 hours and nothing since. I reached out to live chat support and was told they answer requests in the order in which they are received and have gotten nothing else since then. The only reason I even rregistered at this site was due to all of the positive reviews they'd received but clearly they don't want my further business. I will update if/ when this issue is resolved but not holding my breath at this point. On the 30th they reached out to me for additional verification which I provided. It has been over 24 hours and no response as of yet. I will update my review if I receive a response/resolution. I reached back out to Punt customer support as I had again not received any response to sending the additional documentation that they requested. I asked them if any further documentation was required and we reviewed what I had submitted vs what they needed to validate. I sent my tax return in addition to the other documentation I had already submitted and was told that compliance team would be notified to check my documents. It has now again been well over 24 hours since I've received any response. I reached back out for an ETA or any news on my redemption and have once again received zero response. It has now been almost a week since I initially requested my "instant redemption" on my supposedly already verified account. I will be looking for information on how to pursue this matter further with gaming Authorities or whomever I am led to report them to. Customer support is clearly lacking and claims of instant redemption are obviously not true. Once again, I will edit or replace my review if they correct the issue.

Site has a ok selection of games but RTP is way low I play the same games on dozens of sites and they hit way away way less then other sites. They made changes to daily bonuses now to make it even harder for lower paying players to be able to cash out. You have to spin through x10 amount of play through in order to be able to redeem. Meaning in a week you get 3 .30 ($3spin through each) 1 .50($5 spin through required) 3 $1 ($10 play through required)
Meaning you have to spin through $44 weekly to even be able to withdrawal anything. All of their giveaways/raffle/codes are all aimed at players who can drop $1k a month as they are monthly on raffle and codes you have to of played 4K+ to use code for a whooping $2
