I appreciate the quality of your oils, the helpful and personal assistance I've received (when I couldn't find something I was looking for) and the minimal packaging. Please keep using glass jars as much as possible, for the sake of our earth.
Favorite scents from past orders which I will order again: Nag Champa. Sugared Spruce, Toasted Hazelnut, Pineapple Slices. New scents I tried this time: Mulberry (wonderful!) Magic Dragon (intriguing.) Blackberry Bourbon ('didn't care for it.)

I've been using the standard lotion base for years. I (and my customers) love it! It's easy to mix & can be adjusted to whatever thickness you want. I've also added some of my own ingredients other than Essential oils or Fragrance, and have had no problems.

I ordered a few items last minute as a Christmas gift for my mother, who’s been using Pure Essential Supply products for years now. The owner, Pam, was a huge help with getting my order ready in time for pick-up the day before Christmas Eve so that I’d have it in time for Christmas, which I’m incredibly grateful for. She even remembered which products my mother used in the past and enjoyed most and made a custom soap using her favorite fragrance, “Sicily”, and included it in my order for no additional charge. Amazing!

Order came quickly perfectly packaged. There was no leakage or spillage and the bottles filled completely. I ordered the mystery pack and was happy with 5 out of 6.

This is my first time I’ve purchased (I ordered 2 - 16 oz bottles of Whisky and Oak FO), shipping to Oregon took a full week and then when the order was finally delivered, it only included 1 - 16 oz bottle. I used the chat feature on the website to advise them of this error and they got the replacement shipped out the next day, BUT didn’t ship to the correct address, so the second bottle is delayed being delivered all weekend due to the address error. I will try purchasing from them again, but will stop if the next order has the same issues.
