The timely manner for the notice to submit our yearly renewal came at a good time as we had ample time to submit the new information needed. Forms were easy to navigate, and Pearl was there for any questions we may have incurred during the process.

The customer service and ease of getting information and required documents AFTER the placement of coverage is slow and sometimes non responsive. The ONLY reason I use this company is the cost. I have never had a claim, but I worry that based on my experience over the past few years getting help from this agency would be an issue. I will have to reevaluate if the savings are worth the hassle.

If I could give Lauren Eden 10 stars I would. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional. She goes above and beyond to help clients. Debbie Bindeman was beyond helpful in helping us get our first insurance policy for our new real estate brokerage. She explained all the ins and outs, nuances, etc. We are happy we chose Pearl Insurance for our E & O insurance rep / provider.

The application process was easy. Dru, my agent/sales rep, was easy to work with. He communicated with me each step of the way, minimized the amount of work I needed to do, actually answered the phone in this day and age, and was able to answer every question I asked. He presented my options clearly as well, and let me make the decision of which coverage to go with. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Also, the coverage is significantly less expensive than the other carriers I spoke with.

I felt the Account Specialist didn't fully ensure I completely understood everything...this resulted in me having to go several months without E&O insurance. This puts my company at extreme risk and I was not satisfied with that.

The agent was knowledgeable and was able to answer most questions easily. I would have preferred a better "executive summary," to better make a quick decision, but digging through and asking questions got me the answers. I saved over 20% from my previous carrier. I do not like the clause saying the carrier can cancel the insurance for any reason in the first 60 days and am not sure if my previous carrier had that. I liked the fact they work with so many CPA's
