The sales person was genuinely helpful and courteous, addressing all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. He guided me through the order process.
I received the Panda eTrike much sooner than expected and I assembled it on my own (72 year old female) in a few hours. Although it was short, the video was helpful when the manual wasn't clear enough for me.
Had a minor issue and I felt customer service took too long to respond. However the issue was immediately addressed to my satisfaction.
I am impressed with its looks, durability and performance. Love the reverse feature!

My battery went bad and I had to call twice before another battery was sent.

We had an issue and Michael was a great to assist and solving our problem. He even did a video call to help find the issue. Our part was shipped immediately that day. My wife loves the Panda trike, recommends it to anyone interested in a trike.

Super solid built etrike, and would be a 5 star rating if not for he software that regulates breaks and total lack of customer service. When you stop pedaling to coast it automatically applies the breaks and about throws you off the bike. When you turn the pedal assist to a lower number it applies the breaks to reduce you to the new speed vs. letting you coast to the new lower speed. I've owned 3 electric bikes and test driven etrikes and they do not apply the breaks. Maybe there is away around this, but since their customer service doesn't return calls, chat requests, or email requests I have no idea. If they could fix this one key area the bike would be a 5 sta.

The crated trike arrived and I began to assemble it. The instructions didn't always illustrate the parts I was working with (i.e., it seemed old). The first video I accessed was better but also seemed antiquated. I never did locate the trike's serial number. It was were the manual indicated it'd be. The second video was much better (it showed the trike like mine). However, some things were never addresses (e.g., the front fork springs). How to properly use them?
Anyhow after I finally got it assembled as designed, a big let down because at the moment of truth — turning it on — it didn't/wouldn't. Troubleshooting didn't help. Even eventually troubleshooting with Mike, the Perraro support rep. was problematic. After several attempts (i.e., via FaceTime sessions) trying to get the Polar to turn on, it (Polar) was warranted in need of replacement. Another base model was sent. It seemed like it was one sitting around and worked on. One bar that the rear basked sits on was bowed, and the rear brake calipers were very tight beyond adjustable. I had to get a bike/trike mechanic to remove the calibers and replace them with the calibers from the original base model. He indicated the calibers were "worked on". So, it cost me over $150 to get this Polar e-trike up and running.
I was, in the end, very relieved that the electrical system turned on the first time. However, the rear brakes making loud noise (due to the caliber predicament) stalled the process again (as mentioned above).
I've since been riding and learning the trike and am enjoying it.

Communication has been excellent! The product was ready to ship much sooner than I anticipated, and the trike (Panda) was packaged in an extremely protective manner in its large cardboard box. Assembly was easy using the site video as a guide. I am very impressed by the Perraro product and their customer service! I gave it 5-Stars but it deserves 10-Stars!!

Outstanding customer service.
Placed my order for a trike and it was delivered just a few days later. It’s very easy to communicate with this company, they even answer the phone. I highly recommend you give this company a look.

I recently purchased perraro electric bike, and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance, quality and customer service . From the moment I took it out for a spin, I knew I made the right choice. It’s a joy to ride, and I find myself looking for excuses to take it out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier electric bike experience!

This specific Trike may be more than needed , expected. Riding a trike is very different than a bike & lots of learning curves required. This trike is very heavy duty & powerful, the speed and excelleration can get you in trouble quickly. A learning curve is required.

I was having problems with the computer display on my new Panda trike. MPH and the odometer were inaccurate and Pedal Assist 2 and 3 were not working. After explaining my problem to Perarro, I received a new display in the mail. All problems are fixed, and I very pleased with my new trike and Pararro as a company that stands behind it's product.
Thank you Pararro!!

At this point in time, only 25 km, I can only give my Panda 5 Stars.
The trike arrived fast and so cleverly and securely packed. All parts were securely protected, maybe too much on a couple, and a bag of spare nuts, bolts, washers was included.
Assembly was more time consuming than I anticipated, about 6 hrs, but I went slow, reading instructions several times, and have some physical limitations impeding a faster completion operation. All necessary allen and open ended wrenches were included and I like the solid way the fenders attach to
the frame. My one suggestion for the self-assembler would be to take or ride your trike to a bicycle shop and have it tuned and checked for correct assembly.
As I stated my limited mileage was caused by a balky controller display but primarily by a major mistake on my part. This is where Perraro really shined in my experience, Customer Service.
Mike was a pro at handling a temperamental breakdown on my part initially and subsequently working through all the issues, troubleshooting, and attempting to resolve the breakdown caused by me as well as the software issue of Perraro.
Working with Mike and operations supervisor Aaron we determined an extremely fair solution in half a day. I expect to be back riding with my disabled vet's group in the near future.
The biggest con of the Panda is its weight. (about 100 lbs I believe. It will be a hassle transporting in my SUV but achievable. Build as solidly as the Panda is, a heavier weight is acceptable.
I did considerable research before purchasing the Panda. Addmotor and Maxfoot had comparable trikes making the choice more difficult. I settled on the Panda based on good reviews, great price for quality, the numerous extras included, and speed of delivery. I don't know the quality of the other two but I couldn't be more pleased with my decision at this time. Ted Nordin Arizona

The ordering and customer service was great. The assembly instructions were at about 90 out of 100. The front basket mounted light threw me but i was able to figure it out from the photos. The battery takes a bit of effort to get it to seat properly. I hope it will loosen up a bit with more use.

They are so much fun to ride very solid and they have a nice basket cooler in the back and a nice little basket in the front to put different items and your groceries. My wife and I like them very much. We’re talking to all of our other friends to buy them also.

Nice folks at the factory. Issue I had was 15 or so loose screws.Couple of them on the front brake assembly.
Perraro Replied and said they would try to do better on loose screws.
In my opinion The throttle applies too much power with very little twist, a smoother acceleration would be much better and safer.I believe.

Tires arrived as ordered. packaging was a tad suspect and the box was falling apart and seemed too small but no damage to tires. Shipping took a bit longer then I had expected but was reasonable.

I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure I liked the product. I love it. The trike was easy to assemble and is everything they say it is. I did a lot of research before I bought this, and I'm glad I did. Now that I've had a chance to ride the bike, I can see it is very high quality and a joy to ride. I made a carrier so I can take it anywhere, with my wife and her two-wheel bike.

I’m an older man with balance problems. The Panda trike has been incredibly helpful and allows me the benefit of getting some exercise.
The trike is very well-made and I would recommend it to anyone.
