Serena with customer service was great…
Serena with customer service was great when I called to find out about a USPS tracking issue with my order. She explained what had happened and asked me to call back the next day if the order didn't. It showed up the next day!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Over the course of couple years, we've spent thousands of dollars with this company. We recently shared with them we didn't received an item, and the rep is making us jump through hoops to show proof it was not received.
I've never even encounter so much questioning and disrespect. When I’m not even mad for not receiving the item we purchased and they have the audacity to question me and to be mad themselves. The rep did not attempt to do right by offering to replace or reimburse us the product so, I told her to keep the $85 and to shove it up where the sun don’t shine.
Plumbingsell- please include service recovery as part of your training plan, as this was not a great experience.

I use apex A pipe and fittings and these products haven’t quite gotten into the big box stores yet. I know that I can go online to Pumbingsell and they will have whatever I need at a great price and also delivery in a day or 2. Shopping on Plumbingsell has been a terrific experience for me.
