I am very disappointed with Resume.io's customer support.
The company states that its support team typically responds within 24 hours, but I have been waiting for several days without receiving any response.
I have sent multiple emails and follow-up messages, yet nobody has replied or even acknowledged my requests.
As a customer, I find this extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If a company tells customers to expect a response within 24 hours, it should make a reasonable effort to meet that expectation or at least provide an update when there are delays.
I expected better communication and customer service from Resume.io. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing, and I hope the company takes customer support more seriously in the future.

I have tried to cancel this service…
I have tried to cancel this service twice and still keep getting charged. I have gone through the website twice since July 2026 to end my service and each time I get a confirmed message. Then I get billed again and message customer support and wait for a response. I am still waiting for a resolution.

Charged After Cancelling My Subscription – Unacceptable!
I cancelled my Resume.io subscription on September 11, 2026, and received an official email confirming the cancellation.
However, on October 9, 2026, I discovered another charge on my bank card, despite having cancelled the subscription almost a month earlier.
This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I followed the cancellation process correctly, received confirmation, and still had to spend my time contacting customer support and my bank to prevent further charges.
Why should customers have to worry about being charged again after receiving written confirmation that their subscription has been cancelled?
I have proof of the cancellation and the subsequent payment attempt.
I strongly recommend that anyone using Resume.io carefully monitor their bank statements, even after cancelling their subscription.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I expect an explanation, confirmation that no further payments will be attempted, and the release or refund

Estonian language not available. Nor the opportunity to type/change dates in cv by oneself.

They charge for a month after the first 7 days and they don't make it easy to cancel. Even if you don't use their features. The problem is they hide it and they don't send any reminders about it (their way of making money!). And they make it so difficult to speak to anyone in their team about it.
