The company strung us out over a week before advising that we'd first need collateral for a loan and then saying our autos didn't meet their criteria. All along they said just a little more information, when they already had everything they needed. The final result is a ding to our credit report and no loan of any kind.
Avoid using this company.

i went on credit carma and they said this was a good odds of help. an it helped me out of a situation I was in so I wouldn't fall behind on any of my bills and even payed a couple of cards off. the process was kinda long but that's really the only complaint I have.

Every agent that I spoke with was kind. I had spoken with three different agents and was feeling defeated. The last agent I spoke with was patient and kept checking in with me so I didn't get antsy and was so kind and explained things. Even caught a mistake before pushing it through. Loved my experience!!
