First Round Draft Pick

I am 70 years old. In this age of robot answering machines and poorly engineered online service menu options it was DELIGHTFUL to work with an "old world" service minded human being who exuded professionalism, care and actually assisted me in completing a task that I have been struggling with since may. Cudoes to you and bravo to her.
On a scale of 1 to 10 she is an 11 and a first round draft pick in this former football coach's book.

Please save yourself tons of trouble and heartache

I have had my device close to a year now in New Hampshire and it is absolutely miserable. I have proof of two hearings where it was found that the device malfunctions and I haven’t consumed alcohol. Needless to say it costs every time there is a violation. Also pay close attention to what you are charged. The customer service will just tell you what you want to hear and nothing ever gets done. I have been charged multiple times 50 dollars extra because it’s late. The device won’t tell you when it’s actually due …. It will make you late on purpose saying 7 days till service. Then the tech will say no that’s until lockout, then you get there at the Portsmouth liquor store where the tech meets to do the service and it’s an extra 50 dollars. Also watch out for any card you pay with. My tech keeps card numbers. The last time I had a service he tried charging my wife’s card after he charged mine !!!!! So sketchy. I have talked to our state representative already and I have started to look into legal actions.

My tech in Harrisonburg is amazing

My tech in Harrisonburg is amazing. Not his fault the internet was down for my appt Friday. But they are so understaffed nearest facility is 2.5 hrs away with a tech today. I’m locked out. Can’t even get through to RoadGuard for an unlock. No other car to drive. Need meds!

Raquel was very polite and professional…

Raquel was very polite and professional as well as very helpful!! A shining example of her position at your and any company!
I wish I could say the same for the rest of the team,my quote had charges that weren’t disclosed to me at the time and then discounts were repeatedly denied by installer even after showing the pamphlet stating free installation and 1 month free service that is still currently available at the asap office!
Installer has proved to be difficult and has not provided “30 days of service” as advertised for the 2 months of my participation.After 2 months I am a week and a half behind in service close to 2 weeks at this rate after a year I will have to pay for 3 extra months because of this incompetent scheduling process which I hope all is resolved after this review by your team.

And again I hope Raquel is appreciated for her due diligence there and the professional that she is!!

Total joke.. THEY SUCK!

Total joke... They hang up on you or just simply don't answer for hours. Its so frustrating and its intentional. After finally getting to a representative she was giggling and laughing about my situation. Totally rude, unprofessional. And to be honest, they could care less, they know they are like this and don't care. If I could give them no stars I would.

Company is violating the law

Called to get a quote on an interlock. Was told it would be $138 a month plus tax, plus monthly recalibration fees. When I informed them that TN law states that no provider may charge more than $125 TOTAL including recalibration, they said "that's the price". Will be reporting them to the TN Dept of Homeland Security and Attorney General to have their license to operate in TN revoked.

Less days

This company will make you come in less than 30days every month. After 2nd months or 3 months of service you will need to come in 2 weeks earlier than your normal service date.

Nicole is the absolute best by far!!

Nicole is the absolute best by far!!
We have had an on going issue for couple weeks involving VASAP. Nicole never stopped the the problem was solved although it was not her problem she helped to solve it giving advice making suggestions the 3 of us worked diligently together to be able to move forward. Nicole has excellent customer service skills has patience and well educated at her job.
We are very grateful for Nicole's expertise she's wonderful

Mike at roadguard is horrible he…

Mike at roadguard is horrible he charged me 50 to remove my interlock but to put it back in is 200 dollars. Please make this make sense. Highway robbery I was with them from 2018 until 2023. All to fill your pockets Mike is ridiculous. You always said they don't pay you well. Don't try to over charge me. I will being joining Smart start no where near y'all price. Sad and ugly company beware

After getting my DMV cleared...I was…

After getting my DMV cleared...I was ready to take my DL tests & the good folks at the DOR told me I wasn't complying w/ Interlock rules( & I was ). It's been in my driverless car for 6 months & I was totally complying. After 2 weeks of phone fun & games, I finally talked to Sheri M.& she had it cleared with DMV before she made a phone call to me. I was super glad to hear that,& it was indeed great to talk with someone who knows how to do a great job. TY Sheri.. Scott Wildwood, MO.

Brenda was awesome

Brenda was a fantastic person to speak to you today. The list provided by Dallas County had RoadGuard listed as the third company. The first two companies that were contacted work absolutely horrible. Their customer service representative was rude, demeaning, and appeared to be uninterested. Miss Brenda was polite, informative, and a pleasure to speak with.

Excellent Customer Service

Nicole N. was very helpful. She was patient, kind, and understanding. I dreaded having to do this but Nicole was cheerful and made the entire experience a pleasant one. Even having a little computer trouble did not discourage her. Thank you so much Nicole.
