They have a restore called “appointments” in the app. Which is different then the button that request a call from them. They’re the same freaking button, I tried to “schedule” a call but no matter what you put in the notes like “please call me tomorrow at 10am I am having a connection issue”. They call immediately. The schedule a call service is crap. And they took 3+ hours to call when requesting a regular call.

Great installation experience! Alberto was very nice and patient even though we had to wait for a long time to get people come open the electric room in the building. He was super professional about the installation process, and very helpful about how to use starry APP!

I got my installation in a timely manner, it was pretty quick and easy despite issues with my building layout. Christian, the guy who did my installation was cool as well he was very helpful and all in all it was a great experience. Now I’ll give it a few days to gauge how good the internet is but as of this moment everything is smooth.

I just got this internet installed and not even 30 minutes later it stopped working for no reason. I thought no biggie I’ll try the usual reset and restart method, doesn’t work. I thought ok then I’ll just contact starry, NOPE. I called 6 times and each time they had me wait 15 minutes and every 2 minutes my wait time would INCREASE by 5 minutes or stay the same. Honestly about to return this, such a waste of time.

We were hesitant at first to try starry, but Louie came to help set it up and he was very nice and patient. He picked the perfect spot for the internet box to help all of our rooms have access to the internet which was an issue we had before with our previous provider. My family isn’t to familiar with tech and is more old school and he explained to us the new modern tech that is way more convenient which was honestly a blessing to hear about!! Before he left he also made sure that the internet was up and running perfectly!! Happy to be working with starry now

He scoped out the landscape to know the best place to put the wiring and made sure that everything was working properly before he left.
