I have nothing to complain about on…
I have nothing to complain about on StockX end. Except they use the cheapest possible courier service to ship your packages. Mine went undelivered for no good reason and now I have no idea when it will be delivered. It’s been three days and still hasn’t returned to the warehouse to be shipped again from the same courier service. Uniuni is a terrible company. They have no communication and just send generic responses to when you could expect to receive your package. They have no contact with their drivers and no way to know where the driver is and when the package will be delivered back to the warehouse that the driver got it from it it’s been three days and the driver still hasn’t returned it to the warehouse

There's only been one occasion they had to send a pair of shoes back because apparently they weren't up to their standards. That's fine by me. If they say they're not good enough, I'll definitely believe them!

Customer service HORRIFYING
Customer service falls back on terms and conditions, zero HUMAN support. They treat every incident like it’s the same as the last and the last thing they want to do is help anyone. Just take your money and run. I’ll be doing all my business with Ebay moving forward after stockx robbed me out of $200 and offered nothing more than a $20 discount code
