I originally placed an order with NNA, but they take 24-48 hours to email the bond. Since I flew into Nevada from California to file the bond, I couldn’t wait. The fastest and best experience ever. I submitted my information late Monday night. I received a call Tuesday morning stating I was approved but prior to the call I had already two emails which he went over. I finished the paperwork on my end and today, Wednesday, I received my official documents. Easy, quick, efficient!

I am not one to write a review however when i contacted SuretyBond i had no idea what i was doing and after i explained what i needed they first explained what, why, and how they could me. Knowing that your getting a form for compliance is one thing but understanding what and why it is nessassary made scene, add same day service and you have Surety, so Fantastic.

I still cannot communicate via telephone with this company. However, a great CSR helped me by handling my issue via email and text. I got a rider for the bond, which stated the correct bond amount, and all went easily today.
