NEGATIVE - SCAM - IDENTITY THEFT

Sylaza has used our business address, 2927 S. King Road, San Jose, CA 95122, without our knowledge or authorization. We are a locally owned hardware, rockery, and nursery business that has operated from this location for more than 50 years.

We have recently begun receiving consumer complaints and government correspondence intended for Sylaza, including a complaint from the Idaho Attorney General's Office, despite having no relationship with that company.

We are actively working with the appropriate agencies to have this matter corrected and have demanded that Sylaza cease using our address immediately.

If you are attempting to contact Sylaza, please do not send correspondence or returns to our business. We are unable to assist with Sylaza orders or customer service because we are an unrelated business.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! I ordered one of their hanging baskets and received a single plastic flower stem you can buy at a dollar store. My credit card co. did nothing to reverse it. Save yourself the headache and don't order anything from this site.

I have been trying to get refund on order that I never received. They say I have received it. SCAMMERS. This has been going on since June.

I would never order from them again. It is a scam. I ordered 4 large hanging silk flowers and they sent me 4 individual stems. I told them what happened. They only reimbursed me for 20% of what I paid because I could not provide a picture of the box that was delivered. I would not trust this business at all!!!!! Add another to the growing list of scammers...... Buyer Beware!!!!!

AVOID using this company for anything. Scammers for sure, absolutely crooked. Merchandise is nothing like the pic you think you are purchasing. No refunds, no satisfaction at all. They need to be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and erase their website as soon as you can. FALSE. Advertising for sure.

Less than 1 star!! Totsl6 scammers. Unfortunately they don't send anything that looks like their ads & their 100% guarantee is also a lie!! Don't ever buy anything from them!!!

Sylaza is less than a 1 star. False advertisement, quality of materials very poor. Their product is nothing of what the advertisement shows and 100% refund policy is a joke! They are SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT PURCHASE from SYLAZA, you will regret it!

I never recieved the flowers I ordered. They told me to contact local post office,however the tracking number is not a usps tracking number. They offered me a 5.00 dollar refund witch is a lot less than what I paid for two sets of flowers I ordered. Don't buy anything from the company!

If I could give negative 5 I would. Tried to get 100% refund as advertised and was told that I need to return item at my expense before receiving refund. Return address is in Indonesia and would cost $20 or more. Who would go to the effort to return $24 item to net a $4 refund. They tried numerous times to entice me to keep it starting at 15% until getting to 55% after finding out that I filed a dispute with my credit card. I ultimately won my dispute without returning item which I could have bought at Dollar Tree for $1.25. False advertising and claims ultimately made this another bad experience with unscrupulous companies which sadly seems to be very common these days.

If I could give a minus review I would.
I paid $53.94, $7.00 shipping and $1.38 tip. What I received was crap flowers not the full bushy plants they advertised but three small sprigs of flowers. I could go to the Dollar store for that purchase.
They claim 100%refund.
I received a note from the company

“In accordance with our official product purchase options, we strictly ship your order based on the selections you made at the time of purchase; therefore, the items you received fully comply with your order details. However, we are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with this. I would like to offer you a 15% discount and hope you will choose to keep this order. If you truly do not wish to keep it, please consider giving it as a gift to a friend or family member.”

Definitely a scam! I ordered 2 hanging baskets that were full-size in the picture but received 2 single floral stems! When I tried to return for a refund (referencing their return guarantee) I got only grief. First I was offered a return of 15%, then 20%, then 30%, then 35%! Was told a full refund would require actual receipt of the item delivered back to Indonesia and even with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance there is no way to guarantee that they will receive my returned items!

If I could give a zero star rating, that is what I would give this company. Their advertisements for floral arrangements are misleading, and their product is expensive and has SO much to be desired--quite subpar. I reached out to the company regarding the order and the 100% satisfaction guarantee, and they asked for a photo of the shipping label and the product, which I sent. I heard nothing for 28 days, so I sent them an email ... to which they responded that I could keep the tiny little stalks and receive a 15% discount on future orders. SERIOUSLY? I warn everyone to stay away from this company.

I ordered 6 different plants and the only one I received was the multicolored one.
I’m not paying $100.00 for one plant when I ordered 6.
Either I get reimbursed or I get the rest of my order.

I ordered what I thought was going to be a full display of UV resistant artificial petunias. What I received was a joke compared to what was advertised. When I asked for a refund I was told they would give me a 15% refund and I could keep the item, despite my order saying "If the product doesn't meet your expectations, we will issue a refund. 100" When I told them NO I want all my money back, I never heard from them again forcing me to take higher measures.

Update: To date I have not received a refund and I have refused any offers. An email I received today appears to be from a whole different company, Sertou. They are now offering me 50% rather than the last offer I received from Sylaza at 80%. As I previously posted I called Apple and disputed the transaction as I did not receive what I ordered. Apple requested all correspondence and I also attached pictures of what I ordered and what I received. Any further updates, I’ll let you know.

I bought 2 bunches of flowers with 💯 guarantee for refund if it’s not to my satisfaction.
The flowers were $15.99 and was the worat quality. It looked worse than what you would purchase from dollar tree.

I approached them for refund and I would send the products back to them. We went back and forth for atleast 5-6 weeks with them constantly pushing that it would cost a lot to return. I said I would foot the cost if they would refund my money. They started negotiating the return finally I was tired of their tactics of tiring people out by wasting time and settled on 50% return. It has been 6working days and I have been watching for the $$ and NO refund to the original purchase card.
Lies !! Cheats !! No honor or value for their words - no integrity!!!

This company is a complete RIP off. they showed beautiful silk flowers for an outdoor flower pot...huge. For $22.50, I received 2 very small fakey looking plastic flowers that fit into the palm of my hand.

GIVE THEM NO BUSINESS!!

I’m very disappointed ☹️ when I received my flowers. It is NOT what I expected. Flowers are very small. False advertising. I spent too much for that kind of flowers. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THAT COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING. I’m still waiting for the refund.

I have posted several reviews on this company, they r scammers. As of today they r ignoring my emails. I have been asking for a full refund n they say I have to return the items to Indonesia n will cost me more to do that then what my refund would be. I cant see why because they advertise products r from the USA.I have 2 complaints with the BBB n I’m hoping that helps others from making the same mistake I made. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they r scammers, n liars. I wish they would be shut down. I have pictures of what I ordered n of what I received, also pictures of their ads.

I so wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. This company is nothing but a scam. I could have purchased what I ordered from Dollar General. Don’t buy anything from them.
