I had a problem I couldn't get to the bottom of getting my VPN to work and when I was bumped up to level 2 I received excellent free help, somone came onto the computer and the problem was solved really quickly. I would recommend Smart DNS Proxy. We have used them for ages and each time I have got a new tablet or computer they have helped get them installed. Incidentally the DNS works really well. I am a very satisfied customer.

Trying to communicate with streaming services that are based outside of your country of residence is a difficult technical problem. Virtual Private Networks might work, but often the streaming service providers know the addresses of those VPNs, so you are blocked.

I've been a customer for many years and they have done an incredible job making all these services accessible on so many platforms.
It is an endless cat & mouse game and they are very much on top of it and most of the time resolve issue quickly. It is sad, that in this global period we need such service in the first place.
But, as it is, this service is worth every penny and you won't regret signing up.
Just today they resolved issues with some US services very quickly.

I have been using SmartDNS Proxy for a few years now. I had an issue yesterday where I couldn't access one of the services.
I raised a support request to ask if there where known issues. The team responded very fast to advise the had passed it on to the network team and within a few hours, the issue was fixed! Its the best customer service I have received, not just because of the fast resolution but also due to their brilliant communication throughout.
